    CID=REDWOOD CITY CA.  Group of roboscammers with fake 'Utility Service Department' recorded msg.  'Anthony' with thick Filipino accent came on line immediately and explained that his 'State of California' agency will do an audit.  All I had to do is provide information about my home, etc.  I started asking where he was calling from and he said 'Encino' and then hung up.  Several of these utility/energy calls recently.
