    Yup, and it smells like the old Publishers Clearing House scam.  (They never call you in advance, nor do they ask for any money in advance.)

    I have been scammed out of $4000 or more. Claiming I won a car and various amounts of money but had to send fees to receive winnings. Money sent nothing came.  I am a senior citizen.  Just received a call this morning from James. My daughter threatened him with the laws and he immediately hung up.
