It's a collection agency. They call with a recorded message. But sometimes a real person calls and leaves a threatening message.

You got it...they call at all hours, too!

They call my work cell atleast 3 times a day

between 4:29pm to 6:40pm I recieved 8 calls from these [***] and they never leave a mssg! annoying to the EXTREME!!! they will call back to back like it is an emergency so

I called them and it is a COLLECTION AGENCY for TARGET credit card! so don't pick up!

They keep calling my number asking for a woman I don't know.  I've repeatedly told them I don't know her and to take my number off their lists.  They claim they will, but then the next time they call they claim there is no record of any previous requests.  One guy ended up telling me the individual's name and the amount of debt she's carrying on her Target card!!  Then blamed me for not having the right to the info when I said I wasn't her.  And then hung up on me!  Another guy today told me that there's no way  I can request that they quit calling me and I should just get another phone number from my phone company.

They have gotten my cell phone # so I dont even answer it.... it may be target national bank

They called me and was swearing at me and acting like they are tough over the phone! These people are rediculous! They wouldn't even give their own name over the phone or let me speak with a supervisor! These people are a joke and probably should kill theirselves

They call atleast 6 times a day. And never leave a message.

They also call my house all the time most of the time they are not there and its just no one on the other end. Tonite my husband asked who it was and the person was getting a huge attitude with him and said they would remove our number, so we shall see.

You must call the number and keep calling until someone competent answers(or at least sounds caucasian).  Then politely explain they continuously call the wrong number and to remove yourself.

My experience:  I called and the blackest of all black sounding women answered and was very rude.  I explained the situation and she said my number was not in their system.  When I tried to explain that I keep getting calls she raised her voice and became belligerent.  I hung up and called back and the same thing happened again, but with another angry sounding black woman.  The third time, a sweet sounding white girl answered and was very polite and helpful.

Yes! What's wrong with you and your racist words? Rudeness comes in all colors, you know!  It is a matter of education not race!

This number 651-204-1310 calls me early in the morning around 830am then back to back. They don't leave a message. I called the number late at night, they don't give the company name just hours of operation. From what I have read from previous complaints it is a Target collection agency.
I never answer the call.

THE SAME NUMBER CALLED ME 4 TIMES YESTERDAY IN A FEW HOURS TIME AND CONTINUED TO CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN THIS MORNING...I'VE ALREADY SPOKEN TO SOMEONE AND SHE CLAIMED IT WAS FOR A BUSINESS APPLICATION. I'M NOT THIS PERSON BUT I AM STILL RECEIVING "ROBO-CALLS." I'VE READ ONLINE ABOUT THIS NUMBER AND THAT THEY ARE "BOTTOM FEEDERS" COLLECTION AGENCY FOR OLD BOGUS ACCOUNTS...MMMMMMM????

I get calls from this number as well. At least 1-4 times a day. I never pick up the phone as I see it as a lame annoying caller calling for nonsense things. Just ignore it....if it's important, they'll leave a message ( which I doubt)....too scared of being recorded I guess....

Whoever it is NEVER stops calling at all hours, any day of the week and I've had it, please make them stop!

I get about 10 calls a day right now.  They begin around 8am and my latest calls go up until about 8:59pm.

If you call them back, be ready to haggle like mad.  They want their money, and they aren't particularly patient people (as is obvious by the overbearing amount of calls they make each day).  These agents can get demanding and snippy, so be prepared.

ive had the same thing. said that the number was given by a kimberly muffet. i got this woman to take my number off, she was quite kind about it. absolutely ridiculous though when the man who called ME did not believe that i had never heard of said woman
