I get this phone # twice a day at work. I already called and told them not to call me at work and they said they could not promise anything.

Twelve year old daughter has gotten about twenty calls from this number on her cell phone since around May.  They leave an 800#.  We never called back because we were worried about identy theft.

I get calls from this number constantly at home and on my cell phone... I even get calls late at night.  They never leave a message on my voice mail or answering machine.  I won't return calls from numbers I don't recognize or know.

WTH is wrong with these ppl!!! they called my cell asking for someone I said u have the wrong # who is this & she calls me a liar!!!! I said I dunno who that personn is y dont u google it & she says y dont u tell me her #.  HELLO i just said wrong # u idiot.  They r clearly not getting pd enough $ b/c they r rude & unprofessional.
some one said a good suggestions just give out bogus ph #, like hooters or the morgue!

Very Rude, I told them this is not the correct number for the person they are asking for but they continue to call time and time again, sometimes several times in one day. How do you get these people to stop calling your number?

harrass them its the only way. Call them and play annoying music. Fairs ffair. I told them to quit and they were very rude. I'm pissed.

This week I received two calls from this number 651-204-1312 asking me that I owe $2000.00 since 2006. Upon inquiring, the person could not find anything and stated, " I can not give you any billing details over the phone."
Please be careful, this is a scam.

An indian just called on my voip line.... from "IC System". Called me a liar when i told them i didnt know the person, even though its me :P. Luckily call centric, my provider, can forward any number to anywhere. I should forward them to the echo test :P

This person called me 2 times within an hour and did not leave any messages. i called back and they asked my number and wanted to know if i knew some man. i said i didnt know them and they seemed to think i was lying.

I get calls from this number, but they never talk to me, stupid machines.

calls every day. i tell them they have the wrong number. the people are very rude, so my son is taking care of the problem. maybe they wont be able to get a line out to bother us anymore. leave it to a 15 year old  and around 200 friends to take care of "business". lol. im sick of their calls.

ic systems is real. the ended up with a barklaycard debt of mine. they negotiated with me to about 50 cents on the dollar and i paid them off in 5 months.

They keep calling my cell phone number and hanging up after 2 rings like 7 times a day! they never leave a call back number, and when i try to call it back it is some spanish thing. I hate it! please help me remove them!

I keep getting calls on my daughters cell phone from these people, I have no idea why. Can't get a straight answer from them. Is there any way to block this number on the phone?

I keep getting calls from this number every stinkin day and when i answer there is noone there. i call it back and press the button for assistance in english and it tells me to look at the letter sent to me to rcv assistance in English and hangs up...WTF!!! Where do you report these people for harrassment???

651-204-1312 is calling my young son's cell multiple times a day.  I will be reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

The call 15 to 25 times a day, and then either hang up, or when I identify myself (after they call speaking Spanish), they hang the phone up on me. It sounds like identity theft to me.

Keeps recieving this call

these sad excuses for humans call me every day and hang up when i answer and when i called them back i get some screwed up machine and never does anyone answer me. I am on the GOVT do not call list so i am very upset this is happening. I will be contacting the attorny general. BTW this company is in hennlepen Minnesota wherever that is.

I recieved a call from this number and the lady asked for me I asked who this was and she told me her name and ic systems or something like that. Then I asked what the call was regarding and she said it was confidential I told her it was me and asked again. She continued to talk and asked if my address was what she said and I asked her again what the call was regarding and she said she had to verify who I was first. I told her that I would not give away personal information to people if I did not know what this was about. Then she said fine then I will just call you back. I was ticked and told her no you wont you can just tell me what this is about or not call again, but before I was done the B*** hung up on me. When I called back it said it was the bilingul department. B***** I dont speak another language.
