This is I.C. Systems, a collection agency. They have been calling me looking for someone with my name for a month.

They are calling looking for payment on a final bill that was not only paid but I received a CREDIT back form verizon!

Got a new cell phone and continuously get calls from IC Systems.  Have requested they remove the number from their dialer, as it does not belong to the person they are looking for, to no avail.

Received a badgering call demanding payment for an over due bill that had been paid auto pay. Not only had it been paid but it had been over paid due to an error on the part of AT&T which they had already refunded me the overcharge.

I am getting phone calls from above number every day. When I pick up the phone caller speaks in some foreign language or simply disconnects. If I call them, they ask for information. Dont know wat to do?

This phone: (651) 204-1317 has a partnering phone: (651) 204-1395. They are a telemarketing and collection agency named: I.C. Systems. They reside in the twin cities in Minnesota (St. Paul and Minneapolis).  They have called my cellphone constantly, incessantly.  You should not pick up the phone because it is an automated calling system. They want to snag you.  They want personal information and they are very low-IQ, aggressive, persistent and not businesslike or compassionate about your life.  Call your Attorney General's Office in your state and the state of Minnesota: Office of the A.G., Lori Swanson, #1400, 445 Minnesota St., St. Paul, MN 55101. In your complaint to the Attorney General's office you may express yourself and will probably see results.  Remember:  If I'm the only one to WRITE A LETTER OF COMPLAINT nothing might be done.  However, if you inundate (flood them) with lots of complaints to the MN office, perhaps you could get your phone number removed from the calling list. I did.  Thank you for joining me in putting a stop to these imbiciles.

Im going to write a letter to the AG.  They called me twice today, and im sure its going to increase.  I just wish they would tell me why they are calling. Does anyone know how we can get them to tell us why they are calling?  I know some on other sites have gotten letters from IC.

I also have a new cell phone and keep getting calls from this number.  They are looking for DUANE JACKSON.  When I told them I am not he and don't know this party, they asked me how to get in contact with him.  DUH!

I told them to remove my name from their list, that I was on the national DNC list, and to put my number on their DNC list.  They told me that they don't keep a DNC list and don't have to follow DNC rules as they are a collection agency.

I submitted a complain to the FTC but only got the typical "thank you for letting us know" from the FTC.  Don't expect any action or stoppage of calls.

These guys are the worst ever...first you get someone who botches your name and asks you to wait for a rep.  The rep gets on and immediately gets in your face.  I have had an ongoing issue with Sprint's outrageous contract termination fee that was finally worked out between Sprint and me.  Unfortunately, I get some Jabroni who says "your problem sir is with me and not Sprint."  I said, Sir, I am not sure what to tell you nor do I know what I can do for you and your company at this point.  He says "why don't you get out of your chair and off your backside, go over and grab your check and write me a checky-poo."  Now I was pissed, I told this guy to get off my phone.  He said he'll keep calling.  I replied oh, please do and make sure it is you and not a colleague.  Well, he called back while I was out of town and harassed the crap out of my wife; bad move buddy.  Fortunately for me, he called back Monday and I allowed him to start his crap and then blasted his ass with the old air-horn.  Yeah, it was juvenile, but damn it felt good...for me at least...good luck my friends

I cancelled my Sprint service because they've screwed me over so many times...so I switched to Verizon.  My bill is like 180 something and I don't make that much in a month to make payments on it. I have credit card bills and crap to pay.

Anyway today they've called me 6 times...one right after the other...and I never answered one call. It's extremely annoying to recieve harassing calls like this...especially when I'm trying to enjoy my day off. Next time they call I'm gonna answer and give them crap.

IC Systems, Inc 651-204-1317 Cancelled our sprint service and went to Verizon-still owe 140.00 to sprint (isnt even due yet) and getting theses calls 6-8 times a day.

Just received a call from IC Systems, Inc. 651-204-1395.  They asked for me, asked  by my  last name and then asked  if I still receive mail at my home address and then hung up.

Writing them today  to never  call me again.

Called today, asked for someone unknown to us.  When we told them they had a wrong number, they said to never mind and started asking for our personal information.  We said nothing and hung up on them.  I thought being on the Do Not Call list would protect us from crap calls like this but we get several a day, from about 6 or 8 different telephone numbers.  The Do Not Call List doesn't work; I should have known better than to trust anything the government sets up.  Looks like I'm going to be forced to pay the phone company to set up a filtering system that they've been advertising to keep calls like that from coming through.

I called this number to find out what they wanted.  the operator, David, was extremely rude when i asked him what his last name was. Then he hung up.  So I called back and spoke to someone who told me that my number was not in their system.  Can you say BIG FREAKING LIARS!!!

Read your mesage. STarted receivinbg harrassing calls in the past week.  The claim a PO Box- none exist. Want street address and had nerve to request last numbers of SS. Pre your recommendation going to Comm of MA

I have also been receiving many calls from this agency, early in the morning and late at night.  Their # is (651) 204-1317.  I just called them to see what was up, and of course, they lied and said my # is not in the system.  They asked for my name, which I now regret giving, and then started asking whether I have a spouse etc., but I told them I got a new # in Sept. so they might be trying to reach someone else.  But now they are going to try to match my name up and "see if anything comes up" - if you call, I'd recommend not giving your name, as they are trying to gather even more info from you, such as your name and state

chris i think that u are completly outta your mind... david also called me and professionally collected my debt. if it wasnt for him calling... this probably would have ruind my credit! so props to david he needs a raise! good day sir! : )

We've been getting calls from this number for a month now. They are after my son. We've told them "our son is deployed in Afghanistan". Instead of making a note, we are still getting at least4 calls a day, and of course, they cant tell us anything per the reps. They are already in violation of the law when it comes to our servicemen and women deployed. Reading some posts here, I am now wondering if it's Sprint that sent him to this collection agency.

Not sure, I have not answered their multiple calls per day, and the have never left a message on my answering machine.
