This number belongs to a collection company based out of ST Paul MN named IC Systems. They have another number: 202-367-9813. They will continue to call until you answer and pay off your debt. They also will not leave any messages.

Got a phone call from this #, they asked for me by my 'nickname', not my legal name. Is this a scam???  Anyone know?
An above listing says its a collection agency? I dont have any outstanding debt...????

Called me yesterday morning at 7:44 am. Will not answer calls that early...apparently they are a debt collector, but I know it is illegal to contact people before 8 or 9 am...so I will continue to ignore them. They're calling my cell phone, so I just added their 2 numbers (this one and the 202 one) to my block list.

I was called from this number this morning and and when i asked what was it in regards to .. the caller refused to say unless i admitted that i was the person she was looking for. she said "i am not debating you, i will call again at another time" i answered "then you will not get an answer" IC systems also called from 202-367-9813. Do not know what it is about .. very annoying

These people are very rude, and very harassing. They call us EVERY day, twice a day. I know it has to be illegal to call someone more than once per day, as that from what I know, is harassment. I have gotten calls from BOTH the 651-204-1321 AND 202-367-9813 numbers. I am getting very sick of these people. If you pay these people, you just end up with the same debt on your credit report...TWICE. Once from the original creditors as well as the collection company. These people buy these debts for pennies on the dollar and can be very rude and demeaning to the people they call. Takes one sick and twisted individual to work for these companies I think!

If you dont have debt and you keep getting calls from then, it means that someone else is using
your info, so go check your credit report. I didnt have any debt and i kept getting phone calls from
these people i did a little investigating and found out that i was a victim of idenity thef. So if i were
you ill def do some research.

I've started getting calls from these people for a couple days. Im paying off all my debt through Consumer Credit Counseling Services, so I know I don't have any collections. I wouldn't confirm my name and address either. The girl said "Well, we will just call back another time." and hung up. I wish I could block them from my cell phone. I guess I will just quit answering and check in with CCCS.

ive gotten a call from this number and the other 202 number. i know i have some student loans that are being differed but thats my only debt. they never leave messages, and i dont answer numbers i dont know. its just ridiculously annoying

I simply love talking to these idiots ... and the best part is that they have no clue I am having fun with them and they keep calling me lol ... Simply love it ... and you can also tell that they are uneducated trailer trash lol ... Seriously, don't explain jack to these idiots they are illegal anyway

call everyday about 7:30 EST?  No message, but calls same time everyday since Friday.  Nobody I knows calls me this early

They call me regarding a debt my dead brother has. He has been dead for 3 years. They will not tell be what the debt is or how much, but wants me to send them my brother's death cert. I told them to get it themselfs. They want to know if there was an estate and said I paid for the funeral go figure it out. They still call at least once a week. I refuse to answer and they do not leave a message.

these bozos call me three times a day and even on the weekends! he was really rude to me and refused to stop talking and answer my question of, "Who the hell are you?" im definetly going to block this douche

They call our business, I answer normally and wait for someone to speak. They never do, so I just hang up. But they keep calling....EVERY day!

Been getting calls from this number early in the morning.  Then started getting calls late at night from 202-367-9813.  The only thing it could possibly be is an unresolved insurance portion that is being disputed. I never answer calls if I don't know the number.

I get repeated calls from these people, IC SYSTEMS a collection agency looking for some I do not know. Even after telling them this they still call. So today I called them and told I will be calling them twice a day like they do everyday for the rest of their lives by automated system (modem on a PC) f'ing with them like do do me. They told me it takes 48 hours so hold off, well they have 48 hours no more. Then I will do whatever I need to do, time for Craiglists for that area for barter for massages to THEIR number. I will wage war on them.

they called for my mom   she answered and they asked if it was "amonimus"  when she said yes   they hung up   diagnostic please

they called , past the time allowed, leave no message, harassment !!!   im disabled and sick... i just ignore dont answer go [***] yourself, leave all of us alone on  this list!
