i keep getting these calls, over and over, and over, no one answers, but when someone did answer they would not explain who they were, and only kept inquiring about my information. this is very suspicuious and i left a message for them to stop calling, and they continue,, how can i make it stop ?

i called them back, and they avoid the question of who they are and what they do.
all they want is more info on me ??/ after i demanded info they continue to avoid questions from me.

They asked for a George when they called. I told them they had the wrong number. They confirmed my number and said they would take it off their list.

They called, asked for someone named Elizabeth.  Said they had the wrong number, and will take my number out of their system.  Very easy.

They call and ask for Randall Croix.  I feel bad for the guy, because he's going to get it when they find him.

What a nut job - insisting that MY phone number was where the alledged Willie Martin could be reached. Buddy - get a life, AFTER you get help.

I believe it's an info scam there is  never another person on the other end
go to ic3.gov and thye may be to direct us to the proper people for reporting fraud

I got a call from this number and they wanted me to keep holding til they found or could connect with a person. I hung up. Haven't had another call yet as of today

Got another call from this number but i didn't answer it. I sent it to my busy tone. I think they are phishing for info. So just don't answer it less you have to speak to a human so they don't pester ya

Do NOT answer a call from this number. It is a phisher organization for telemarketers and once you answer, they will continue to harass you via sending your information to various telemarketers. The typical approach this group has is to first send out a feeder call (usually an unlisted number). Then within the next 24 hours, they will try a call from the 651-204-1323 number. Once you answer either the unlisted or the 651-204-1323 number, they will ask for some name like John Jones. Once you tell them that they have the wrong number they will either try to call you again via the 651 number or send your information to their group of telemarketers. Best advice, if you have a cell or land line with caller ID, never answer an unlisted number and if you get a call from this 651 number, call or e-mail the Do Not Call registry with their number right away. I get calls from 651-204-1323 and there is no-one there.....recording keeps saying wait till I connect
you......this came on about 3 times, then I hung up.

I get calls each day from them and the few times I have answered, they hang up.
They are a PEST.
I called back and only ONCE someone answered and said the company name is IC Sytems, and wouldn't say what they do.

I want them blocked from calling me

I get calls from this number, 651-204-1323, several times a day.  When I answer they never say anything.  When I call back I always get a recodring that the office is now closed with no option to leave a number.  Caller ID says IC Systems.  I have filed several complaints against them and have them blocked now.  No idea what this was about.

I just received this call AGAIN!! I have told them I am not the person they are looking for..DO NOT Call here again!! This week I had not answered their call..until this.a.m. I asked for his mgr. with accent Sorry he is not available. He said he would remove my number.. I have had my number for over two yrs. and tell them
so and that do not call again. I AM NOT the name they give me they want to speak to.
With no avail they do not stop calling!! I will be blocking their number, then they will change to another
number, as they have all this time. I am fed up, disgusted with them and would like this report to make
difference.

They've called me a couple of times but never left a message.  Any legitimate business would leave a message, even if it's a debt collector.  My conclusion is that this is another phishing scam!  I have blocked the number from even calling me...
