Someone called but didn't leave a message.

They've been calling me everyday, sometimes 3 times a day. Sometimes it comes just minutes after a call from a 800#, I believe it's from the same place.
Never any message, sometimes an operator saying "Hello? Hello?", then they hang up.
My guess is that it's a bill collector for a company that I'm fighting right now. The calls started the day I called the company to ask about $200 in bogus charges. I said I would not pay. The calls began.

I get 4 to 5 calls a day from this #. I have no idea who it is.

I to have recieved the mystery call.  today I told a bill collector they had the wrong number.  IC Systems its a debt collection call center located in St. Paul Minnesotta. You have to demand a mngr 30 or 40 times and remind them of the fair debt collection act and how they are violating it when you ask them not to call a particular number anymore

Yes!! I was getting this call many times per week, at different times...so finally one day I went ahead and answered in chinese lenguage, the lady asked for some name that I had never heard before, but instead of trying to explain this, I continue to speak chinese and she gave out after a few seconds and never called me back again!!!!
So, if you are bilingual, give it a try....it may work for you too!!!!!!!!

must be a bill collector but calls 15 to 20 times a day.
Don't mind one reminder call, but beginning at 8:oo am exactly, my phone starts ringing and continues off and on all day until aroung 9 pm

I have received calls from this number everyday for the past 10 days, sometimes multiple calls a day. Strange thing is...I'm a college student with NO debt (no credit cards, no loans of any type, etc). So why would a collection agency have ANY reason to obsessively call me...?

They called me and told ne that they want me to give them a number for my daughter. When I asked them what it was about they told me they would not tell. They finished the converation by hanging up on me

If it is a debt collector, I have no debt, so they wouldn't bother me. I answered once, and I got some guy named Kevin. I got scared and hung up. They've been calling me for the past week at approx. 8Am and 6pm, except they didn't call on Christmas.

Keep getting calls from this number. Hundreds over the past 6  months. Sometimes a message from "Roger".  I'm a HS student with no debt.  Can't be a bill collector.  Any way to block this number?

651-204-1332 belongs to IC Systems, a debt recovery/collection agency. They have contracts with many companies including JP Morgan Chase. Apparently Chase believes that if you refuse to pay their inflated and often made up fee's...that they can refer you to a nasty collection agency who will then attempt to make your life miserable. IC systems will pull your credit report which often lists your parents number (even if you are 47 years old) and then begin harrassing your 83 year old parents. If your mother refuses to give them any information they will then threaten her by saying "you won't even be able to use your phone by the time I get done with you".

Funny thing tho.....that threat gave me a REALLY great idea. I apologize in advance to anyone who calls them for a "free kitten to a good home" or for the "free stock tip of the day" or the "buy a $50.00 Walmart gift card for only 9.99" special for today only!!! 651-204-1332 must have been a typo...MY BAD!!!

I would have said
"I don't have a daughter" regardless of if I did or not.
then hang up. Its really none of their business.

I speak Spanish and this really worked for me. They would call like 5 or 6 times in a given day. One day I get fed up and just started speaking in Spanish and after that I no longer received any calls from them!! If you can speak a second language I would give it a try.
