For months now, I have been getting harassed by this phone number.  They ask for someone who is not me, and won't quit calling even after I have told them they have the wrong phone number.  

This number is for IC Systems, who after some research, I have found to be a shady collection agency based in Minnesota. Their callers are unprofessional, seem unethical, rude, and have even yelled at me because they think I am lying about my identity.

someone is using my phone number trying to get a hold of a robert....their is no robert here....they are very rude and they yell and want to fight me and use cuss words too.

I They ask for Joseph im not Joseph about a month now!!!

651-204-1337 calls twice each day on my cell phone. Usually around 8am and later again at around 7:30pm. Sundays too. I have told them on several occasions that they have the wrong number...no luck. It's been months now and no end in sight. Imagine the time spent on all these wrong number calls they make each day...

This company has called every other night for months asking for "Walter Young".  We have told them repeatedly that we do not know a "Walter Young" and they keep calling usually around 9pm after our children are in bed only to wake them everytime.

Ditto others. Repeated calls asking for George after repeatedly telling them they're calling the wrong number. Yes, irritating. Thought it was a real bonehead with recurring amnesia, but now it makes sense...a harassing collection agency.

This number has been calling me about 8 to 10 times a day for the past 3 months. I don't know any one in this area code or state, much less.

i get to many calls to count in a day they never leave a message and it always comes up ics systems on caller id

same thing here....3 calls from this number to my daughters cell.  Luckily she hasn't answered any of them.  Am calling my carrier to see if # can be blocked.

go to www.fcc.gov and file a complaint.  I did it last night.

This number calls on my cell phone several times a day while I am at work.  I do not know anyone in this area code much less this number.  I answered it one time and they asked for a Scott and I told them nobody by that name was at this number.  I am a woman and you would think they could distinguish but since reading these other comments about it, it doesn't sound like they will stop on their own.

Obviously this is just a group of idiots sitting around with nothing else to do but call wrong numbers all day!! UGH! They keep calling my cell phone asking for a Terrance irrespective of te fact that I answer with "This is LissaAnne"...Sooo irritating! The only good thing is I see I'm not alone in this torture!

I get calls from this # daily, many times, over and over...
I find it beyond ANNOYING!

This is apparently a collection agency for Dell Financial Services.  I get calls at least 5 times a day, sometimes as frequent as every 30 minutes all day long.  They're calling for Cory or Corianne Doucet...I have no idea who this person is.  I've already emailed Dell Fin. Serv., and I spoke with someone after picking up one of these calls.  In both cases I was promised that the calls would stop.  No Dice!

I have got 10 calls from this number today on my work phone.  They call 30 minutes apart.  Will not leave a message at all.  On the Caller ID when calling it shows the number and then when you look at the missed calls it comes up as 51-204-1337.  This is CRAZY they need to stop

It seems to be cell phones having the most problems.  Today I answered and when I said I wasn't that person she hung up  on me!!!  I called back got the same person and said if you are going to call me you are NOT going to hang up on me!  She said she would remove my number but looking at this I guess not.

I have been getting unwanted calls from this same #.  Over and over again.  I told them they have the wrong # and take this one off your list and I get hung up on. I have had this cell phone for almost 9 months.  The calls continue.

The name of that company is I.C. System Inc -- 444 Highway 96 East St Paul MN 55127 -- 800 685 0595.

I called the office and of course they said they cannot find my number in their system; but she said to get a reference number from the caller and then call them back. So I'll keep you posted.
