So far they have called 8 times in 24 hours. It is ridiculous. When I answer they ask for Vicki. Who is Vicki? I tell them it is a wrong number, and they call again. How to I make it stop?

Ebay sucks!! They should not charge you until you sell the Item! It is not our fault that our items never get seen. They were cool when they first came out but now you can not even find any good deals! I can buy the products in the store with a warranty for the same price. I am going to start a website called boycott-ebay.com Where users who want to sell things for free can without getting charged. Well thanks for listening to me vent!

These people call me several times a day and never leave messages.  I sold some stuff on ebay a couple of years ago, but thought at the time that I had paid the listing fees.  Now I start getting these calls and they can't tell me what the item in question even is!  And if you look up your ebay account, all you can find out is that the account is suspended.  How can I find out the item?

I too get these calls, they keep asking for Ginny, who the hell is Ginny? I do not know, why would they keep calling after I told them they have the wrong number? The guy asked me if i was sure I did not know Ginny?

I receive phone calls from 651-204-1341 on my cell phone on a daily basis and several times a day.  When I try to call the number back i just get a message stating that they have an important message for me and to please hold for the next available operator.  They also say my call will be answered in the order that is was receiced and they thank me for my patience.  I have yet to speak to an actual person.  I would like this number reported and a complaint made against them.

Ok now I know what the heck that number is... I tried to open an ebay store over a year ago... I tried to get help but to no avial the store never got of the ground. one day I try to login and im told my account is suspended... and now I oue $60 bucks or something like that...

I recieved two calls within two hours asking for Delese Hall and told them the wrong number the first time. They called back two hours later asking for the unknown person again. I do not want them calling me back

I get at least 3 calls a day from these idiots looking for someone who's number this isn't. Weekends, whatever. I'm sick of it. So finally...I called it back and got a nasty woman who sounded about 10 years old who got all agitated when I told her to stop calling me. So instead of listening to her BS I called the main number for IC Systems which is who this is. Here's the number: 800-279-3511 I made it clear that this is my mobile phone they are calling, there is nobody by that name they are looking for at this number, and that I have dates, times and frequency of their calls and am filing a complaint with the FTC.

Since that, I haven't heard from them in 2 days. Let's hope they got a clue finally.

I could have sworn I read somewhere there is a class action lawsuit being filed against these people for this reason. Good! I need to join it!

I constantly get at LEAST 5 calls a day from these people.  They are quite nasty to me as well, as when  keep asking for me, I keep telling them we are all on a DO NOT CALL LIST, both our apartments, homes and cells.  When I refuse to speak to them, and ask the guy who keeps calling HIS personal name, he gets nasty.  I will get this taken care of.  BTW, if any are getting this to your cellular, call your cellular service (mine is 611), speak to customer service.  They keep a list of calls that THEY are allowed to block, once a number of customers complain to them.  They will advise you to contact to your local police on non emergency of course and they have the means to look up the number. Also, my cellular company said if you have applied for ANYthing recently on line, such as a credit card, loan, tickets or trips / reservations for travel for biz or pleasure, they sometimes will give your phone number to people that are on their info list, so keep this in mind.

I receive between 3 and 7 phone calls a day, on my cell phone, from phone number 651-204-1341.  At this point it's becoming extremely annoying.  They never leave a message and it's got to be illegal.

I too am getting calls from IC Systems 1-651-204-1341.  Get this, it was for EBay listings that I thought I had paid, but I changed my email so I didn't get notified of the invoice.  When I realized what had happened, I went to EBay directly and paid the invoice.  The next day, this company called me again and I explained that I had paid EBay directly and the man got all huffy with me.  He then said "well, it takes EBay up to two months to notify us when these invoices are paid so you are just going to have to deal with us for two months."

This has got to be illegal!

If you call back and a recording asks for contact info give the address and number of your state Senator or Congressman. If they start getting these calls at their offices, something will get done.
