This company or person continues to call throughout the "workday" and does not leave a message.

Yesterday, I had two calls from IC Systems.   They wouldn't tell me why they're calling, but say they're calling on behalf of AT&T and repeatedly ask for my address.

Last night, I called AT&T and they said no one should be calling me on their behalf and asking for my address.   I also verified AT&T has my address and that my account is okay.

Today, I get another call from IC Systems and go through the same routine.   So I *69 the number and get 651.204.1347.   Then I Google IC Systems and they're a collection agency.   AT&T says my account is fine; these people need to stop calling me.

This is a company called IC Systems, for the most part they are a collection agency and a very rude one at that. Called several times looking for someone who doesn't live here, and to my knowledge has never lived here. When asked to stop calling immediately they hang up, only to have someone else call back an hour later. Sent a formal complaint to them in writing, and so far the calls have stopped. Very rude people.

My girlfriend got a call " intimating her to pay the bill that was overdue from the AT&T phone service". They asked her for the card and CVV no. She gave it to them ( Guys, never ever do this...!!!!). I don't know who hires such agencies and what sort of company policy ask customers for their card details. This is an inconvenience and AT&T should look into this.

No one on the line when I answered.  (I do not nor have I ever had an account with AT&T, and have no past due accounts with anyone.  There's no reason a collection agency should be calling me.)

they called me and demanded money that i owed from AT&T. My name was on the account but the social security number and cell phone number didn't match up to mine. When asking questions about why i owed the money, they responded thats not my job i just want the money.  Also gave me one day to pay in full or it was going on my credit report.  When asking how much i owed they wanted my checking account number and they kept on asking for the account number 2 to 3 times after that. I haven't received anything in mail saying i was in collections either with this company.  I told the first person i would call back and ask for him when asking his full name he just said josh and hung up.  When calling back to figure things out again, this time the person was even worse then the last didn't give me the time of day and just wanted my account number.  He said it isnt his job to figure out why my name is on the account when it shouldnt be, but he just wanted to get the money. so if anyone gets a call from this number make sure they are really trying to get money from you, and DONT GIVE THEM ANY KIND OF INFORMATION THAT THEY DONT ALREADY HAVE!

they call daily, some guy has been using our number for years and we receive collection calls all the time, have not been able to solve this, even though we have an unlisted number.

Calls several times a day. When I answered they asked for someone else and I told them "that person does not exist in my world. Do not call this number again."

This number is calling my parents house, I haven't lived there in over ten years.  I do not have an AT&T account??????

Someone keeps calling, several times a day, from 651-204-1347, but never leaves a message, and hangs up if I answer the phone.  If I call that number back, I get put on hold, and then no one ever picks up.

I get the same calls, although they are asking for me by my maiden name and I've been married for 10 years this November.  They also claim that they are calling on behalf of AT&T.

This is IC System, Inc. calling me for the 21st time in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other state and federal laws.  They claim to be calling on behalf of AT&T, but being that I'm receiving the call on my AT&T cell phone (at work), I doubt I owe AT&T any money or the phone would be shut off!

Received call from IC Systoms Inc. 651 204 1347 on 5/22/09 @ 9:03 AM, On 5/25/09 @ 4:41 PM. & On 5/26/09 @9:16 AM, 1:40 PM,  We don't own anyone.  Asked for person who doesn't live here.  I just don't pick up anymore.  Thanks for Google.com for this listing to post to and caller ID.

I have been receiving calls from this phone number the past few days for someone else.  They keep asking for a lady and everytime I tell them that I do not know who she is and they have the wrong number.  They continue to call me and I guess i'll just have to ignore them because it sounds like others have not succeeded in getting them to stop harassing.

I am so glad I looked on here.  For the last month I had been receiving a call from AT&T that was a recording saying that "this is AT&T and we would like to discuss your wireless".  I don't have AT&T, I have verizon, so I didn't even call them back.  So i'm thinking this is the reason why I am getting these calls.

I got a call from these guys on my work phone. They asked for an employee who hasn't worked here in 4 years. When I told them this, they told me I was lying and demanded to speak to the ex-coworker. They then asked to be transferred to HR so they could get the coworker's info. I refused, and they said what I was doing was illegal. I hung up at that point.

No calls since (so far).

i get numerous calls from this number and i just moved to this number

Just started getting calls several calls a day from this number.  Have not answered since didn't recognize Caller ID displayed.  Based on info here, no legitimate reason they should be calling me. Googled I C Systems and noticed "taped deposition of employees."  Curiosity may compel me to check that out.

Ok this is the zillionth time these people have called...I have caller ID and have never answered but i'm unemployed at the moment and home often....to date this is the 9th time they've called me! WTF! how do you make them stop!
