unkown caller

I don't answer numbers that aren't familiar to me. This one called, left no msg. Then 2 hours later I got a missed call from 'unknown caller', no number. How annoying.

I keep getting calls from 651.204.1356 they never leave a MSG and they call about 10 times a day..  When I do answer I get a recording to please hold for a CSR and they NEVER do come on the line!!!!! They are calling my cell phone what a waist of Min....

This number calls my cell, lets it ring once, hangs up and then calls right back and does the same thing. They do this about 5 times a day and it is really annoying and a waste of minutes.

This phone number calls me on my cell, lets it ring once and hangs up and calls again. It's a everyday occurrence and more than once.

My caller ID shows this number is from IC Systems IN. They call 20 times a day and hang up after 3 rings, its been going on for months now, how do I get rid of them?
