This same number has been calling my sixteen year old daughter's prepaid cellphone. She just got in trouble for them calling her during class.
I researched this number online.
This number is registered to I.C. Systems Inc., P.O. Box 64378, St. Paul, MN 55164 and physical address is 444 Highway 96 E. Their 800 number is 800-685-0595.
They are an out-sourcing medical collections agency. It is an automated dialer system designed to keep calling numbers until the system is triggered by a person answering upon which you are transferred to a live person.
Call 651-204-1361 and have them remove your number from their call list if you are not the individual they are looking for. They will do this.

They are using another number now:  651-204-1395   The caller ID says:
I C Systems, Inc.   They wanted me to pay for a service we never received
at an address we had left 9 months before the service apparently took place by a company we'd never heard of.  They also wanted me to pay it to
THEM over the phone with either debit or credit card, or else the next day
it would be reported and it would affect our credit rating.  When I asked
where this company providing the service was located, they didn't have that information, nor did they have the phone number of that company.  I asked for the phone number of the party I was speaking to, and they gave me:  1-800-279-9525, which is not what was on the caller ID.  They called
again today but we weren't home and they left no message.  It was just on our 'missed calls'.  This is a scam operation.

They call all day from 8 am until 10pm.  It is so annoying because they don't leave a message and they just keep calling every couple of hours.  It seems they do the same to everyone and get it wrong a lot!  I think I'll answer the next one and give it to them.

This number calls me every 2 hours from 8 am - late!  It annoys me so much.  What really gets me is they are looking for a lady that I've already told other collection agencies and an lawyers office that no such person lives here! Yet now I have this new collection agency calling me for the same person.  You think they would have take my # out of her profile by now so I don't have to keep getting annoying phone calls at all hours of the day.

I just called the number back and told them I just signed up for phone service and had been getting calls from that number and couldn't figure out why. They asked for my phone number, and then asked if I knew "insert name here." I said no, but I would like to meet him as I am now receiving calls for him from a dozen different numbers. The representative apoligized and said they would remove my number from his account.

I got these calls as well. After not answering the phone for so long, they did some skip tracing and found my land-line number (they were first calling me on my cell phone). How they got my new cell phone number is beyond me since it's new, I never gave it to anyone, and it's unlisted as it's a pay as you go phone. But, you're right...the number is listed as I.C. Systems. They're not just a medical collections agency, but they're just a simple collections agency. They called about my last cable/internet bill from my last apartment before I was forced out. Since I couldn't pay the rent, I also couldn't pay the cable/internet bill. It's only $65.00, but it's enough to keep them calling me 3 or 4 times a day. And like one person said, yes...they do sometimes call late around 8:30 or 9:00pm.

This number is a credit agency number who harrasses individuals with several phone calls a day. They list their caller ID under "I. C. Systems". They call even as late as almost 9:00pm in the evenings.

It is 11:48am Thursday morning and I have gotten at least 5 phone calls from this number 651/204/1361 starting at @ 10:30am they call and dont leave any kind of message's no name of the company they are calling from why they are calling or nothing. I do collections also and if i called my customer like this company calls there's I wouldnt have a job anymore...
I even got a calls last night up to @ 10:00pmt and the last call I got from them woke my 1 year old up and you all that has small kids like that knows sometimes it hard to get them back to sleep....

I have been getting calls from them as well regarding medical collections. Please everyone who has medical collections request in writing an explaination of the bill, who the doctor was, what the proceedure was and what was the initial cost? This website can assist in what the law reads.

Now as a collection agency who is a third party they should be able to explain the debt, but IF the Doctor or his billing assistant have breached your medical privacy then you may have a case against both agencies...Check it out, never hurts to find out what our rights are.

I have gotten 4 calls from this number in the last 45 min. I finaly ans my cell says collections for HSBC Credit card. I said I would have to call her back after I get off work. She keep saying you need to make a pmt how would you be making this pmt today I told her Im wouldnt be making any kind of pmt today she cut me off by saying would you be getting a tax refund I said what did that have to do with me calling you back after I get off work? She couldnt ans.
I told her I have gotten 4 calls from this number with in the last 45 mins. and Im at work cant talk will call you back dont call me anymore today.

They( I C Systems) call me 6-10 times a day demanding their money, telling me to go on Craigs List and sell my TV and appliances, or go on Ebay. Said they dont care how i get the money. Tried expliaing to them my husband been in and out of hospital since Oct with his pancreas going bad and after the last call on Feb 6th from them I ended up in hospital with blood pressure off the charts!!!! They are ruthless , non caring, humans who demand you sell your cars, trucks, get equity out of your home,sell the shirt off your back!!! After reporting them to the cops for this was told it is a civil matter and they could give ME a ticket for saying a cuss word back at them...What is this world coming to??? years ago even ya sent 5.00 a month it showed a effort for trying....not NOW

Calling that much is phone harrassment Just tell them if they do not stop calling you after you are making efforts to pay(even $5.00 a month)then you will sue them and you will be glad to settle your bill with their money.  Don't let them bully you around and cause your health to go bad. Just keep a log of who calls, what time they call, and then file phone harrassment.  It is not a civil matter when it gets out of control like this. May God Bless you both and keep you strong.

It's also against the Fair Debt Act. (www.ftc.gov). I was advised by the FTC to send a Certified Letter for Cease Communications and one for Debt Verification. I also filed a complaint with them, they do it over the phone. You have rights! Collection agencies need to remember that.

I have been getting 2 - 4 calls per day from this company.  When I answer they most often say nothing.  A couple of times, like just a moment ago, they ask for 'Peter'  There is no one by the name of Peter now or ever at this phone number.  We have had this number for 36 years!!!  Again I informed them that there was no one here by that name and asked them to remove this number from their files.

I get numerous calls from this number. They had the audacity to call and leave a message for "My Name or her Supervisor" to call them back. Seriously??? How can they ask that my supervisor call them back about MY personal financial situation? This has got to be illegal...still have the voicemail if I can do anything please let me know.
