This is a collection agency. I've been in debt a while so I'm used to creditors calling, but these guys are the worst. They think being mean to you will get you to pay quicker. Don't ever pay when these guys are mean to you, it just rewards bad behavior. I'm just going to wait until they sell it to another collections agency that's easier to work with.

They call everyday without fail.  I never answer it but considered answering and putting them on hold indefinitely.  It's getting annoying that the phone rings daily with this number...how can I block this number from calling my phone?

I haven't found a way to block individual numbers yet, but I -have- found a way so that the only people that can make my phone ring at all are the ones in my address book.

Does anybody know who this agency is collecting for??

This guys is SUCK , junk, all what you have to do is block from your phone , thats what i did and good luck to call me , they can leave you a masege but not bug and bug you all day long .
is there any way that we can report them to police or someting like that, hey lets take them down some  way.(=) Thanks.

I got a call from Darrick Anderson, he is actually very civil. He said that they have called me over 400 times, I never pick up. LOL I do not believe everything he says, but he is actually polite. His direct line is 888-229-8896 extension 6850, he has my account for now. He claims it will be charged off after today and it will transfer from his office to another collection agency. If this is true I should be able to negotiate to pay 1/2 my balance before he looses his commission. Something to think about, right?! My debt is for a motorcycle, does anyone know what happens to your title once they charge off the debt?  Thanks!

Don't ever call back a debt collector ! youare confirming your phone number and acknowledging that you owe that mony by doing just that. They direct you to call an 800 number becasue you can not use *67 to hide your telephone number when calling an 800 number. That is the exact reason they always direct you to an 800 number. They are documenting you called back and that is considered enough to prove you ACKNOWLEDGED THE DEBT.
