This number has called our cell phone at least 5 times a day over the past week.  We have pre-paid cell phone that was purchased at Target and the Target headquarters is in MN and the calls originate in MN.  Fishy?

I have a pre paid Samsung phone from Office Max and I got a call from 204 1366. I missed it, and I tried to call them back, but they wouldn't tell me where I was calling.

I get the  calls at work! Its embarassing.

these fools call me 3 times a day... yes on my cell phone.... I won't waste the minute to answer... they even called on Sunday!  They must be working overtime.

who are these people. they call me about 5 times a day????

I have been recieving numerous calls from this number 651-204-1366 at WORK and the most aggrivating part is every time I answer they hang up without saying a word. If anyone knows how to make this stop please let me know.

This number has called me twice today.  The first call was earlier today and the second tonite at 9pm.  They don't leave a message and when you call back, its a recording asking you to leave your contact information and they will return your call.   I know I don't owe for a phone bill(reading previous replies) and I just want them to stop calling.

I've just got a phone call from this number no answer no message.  I don't know who they are.  If I don't know your number I'm not going to answer it. Especially out of area number.

I just got a call from this number also, I dont know who they are either, some guy answered when I called the number back and wouldnt tell me who he was with..  so irritating!

I just got a phone call from that number.  I heard a male sigh and then hang up the phone right as I was answering.  What is up with that? Can't wait till I call them back - hopefully on an hourly basis since I work overnights! HEHEHE

I get calls from this number at home and on my cell...but haven't answered them.  At home the Caller ID said "C.I. Systems, Inc."  I tried to google that...but nothing.

TARGET collections call!!!!

I have been getting the same calls for the past mth.  I have ATT and my phone is not pre-paid.  I don't know what they want cause everytime I answer they hang up! I called back but didn't get an answer.

This number calls me at least twice a day, but never leaves a message.

I just got a call from this number at 6:30pm pst.........this is my second line and not listed, how did this number get into someones hands? I am glad I googled the number, so when I see it again, I won't answer!

This company is a collection agency trying to collect from Target.  I do have a Target card that is past due, and I have made a promise to pay.  This guy tels me that I have to pay TODAY and when I tell him that I was not paying today andthat I would pay when I said that I would he asked me if I lived in "Mayberry", and he wanted to know whu hillbillys were so broke!!  I told them to kiss my @ss and that I would not be paying them and I also added a few choice words that I will not repeat on here.  Bottom line, DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING!!

I've received several calls from this number.  If I don't recognize the number then I don't answer.  Whoever it is leaves no message for me either.  I "Googled" the number and got to I.C. SYS, Inc.  It didn't tell me much.  However, I did find the phone call reports above, read them and am pretty convinced it just might be a Collections Agency (for Target) or otherwise.  I do have an outstanding balance w/Target.  I will go to my closest Target Store to make payments.  I definitely won't be giving ANY info. out to unknowns!

this company has called me repeatedly for the past month regarding an outstanding balance with a credit card.  they are a collection agency based in MN that harasses people. I contacted the FTC and filed a complaint. I was advised to get their address and send a certified "cease communications" letter. according to the fair debt collection practices act, it is against the law for collection agencies to contact you more than once per day.  i suggest calling the FTC and lodging a complaint. Write this company a letter and if they continue to call, call the FTC again and keep reporting them. The FTC will not assist individuals with lawsuits, however, they will assist with class action suits.
This collection agency is full of jerks. they told me I had no rights, called me rude for refusing to give out my personal information, refused to answer my questions, and told me that they would keep calling me, even though I repeatedly asked them not to. Don't answer their calls and report them.

maybe target needs to find different people to work for them. here is a phone number i found on the target websight, maybe if they get some calls telling them what a**holes they have working they would find another collection agency that would treat people with a little respect, and prbably get paid easier too.....
