Received a call on 10/24/07 at 8:26 am/  The Called ID says, IC Systems, IN.  No message was left on the voicemail.  I heard them hang up.  A recording came on after they had hung up which said, "Please hang up......if you want to make another call" or something on that order.

IC calls me all the time and they somehow got my cell phone number.  The weird thing is I picked up the phone and they hang up on me..lol I've been trying to let them know not to call my cell phone but they always hang up on me.  I answered at home once, told them I was on disability they could careless.  The customer service lady asked if there was something I could sell...lol  I told her I guess I could try prostitution but if I get arrested how could I give them the money..lol  I started ignoring their calls also until I have something to give there's no point..

Yeah, they hang up on me too. And I called back to see who it was they told me they take care of business matters.  Wouldn't tell me what type of business matters but now I looked up the number which brought me to this forum.  I will never pick up again!

i've received numerous calls throughout the day from this number. and they don't leave messages. i don't answer unknown numbers and if it's important, they should leave a message. so i guess it's not important. really annoying that they call so many times, starting at 7am. talk about bad customer service. IF they are calling the right person (which i don't think they are) they have the absolute wrong approach.

I know because my husband only worked 3 months last year.  We got behind on our bills and they call from 7am to 11pm EST--7 days a week. I do not answer.  I send whatever I can each month. Starting to get SS & will catch up asap. I WILL NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM--WILL PAY CHASE ONLINE AS ALWAYS.

I used to be an office manager for a national jewelry store chain.  I had to call people that were behind and I had to repo merchandise.  Never was I nasty. I always talked and worked things out. People today don't care what is happening to you and yours.  It is "about the money" now!  They have no RESPECT
for anyone or anything.

This is IC Systems, a collection agency for bank cards that have been written off. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. I held on by operating on my savings, my retirement, and my kids college funds, but was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can’t pay them back… their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can’t attach what isn’t there. By law they can’t take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

They will call from multiple numbers in different area codes trying to get you to answer their calls. IC Systems also calls from: 603-589-7206, 208-991-1267, 847-488-6100, 972-512-9502, 202-367-9234

This number has been calling my 16 year old daughter's cell phone!  Any idea how to make it stop?

I have been getting at least 2 calls a day from this number, also.  I have a Chase credit card, but never carry a balance.  I would change to another company, just because of the irritation, but I've heard that this may affect your FICO score.  What's the deal on this??

This is supposedly a fake collections company. claims to work for capital one but doesn't really. They use other numbers and i have gotten calls from them b4. just threaten them and they'll stop. lol be smart about it and don't threaten to kill anyone but make it very clear u don't want anymore contact. i have to do this again.
