I have received 8 phone calls today from this number today that I have not answered and have not gotten a single voicemail left on my phone at all. This is crazy! Does anyone know who this is?

We receive that many calls daily from that same phone number and they dont leave a message either. Dont know who it is

Yeah me too. Haven't had a credit problem in a couple years, but someone must have sold an old debt I don't know about to these guys.

Call was for my son in college so I stayed on the line - for almost 3 minutes and STILL no response. Finally hung up. You'd think they would be better staffed than that--very annoying!!!!

I have been getting hangup calls. At least 4 or 5 times a day. I'm not physically capable of rushing to the phone because of a past brain surgery that left my left side disabled. The number that is calling is 651-204-1392 and I wish I could tell them to quit calling but I don't know who it is. I don't have any non payed bills so it shouldn't be a bill collector. If it is they are harassing the wrong number.

I received 5 calls today from this company asking for a Delores Menlove. I finally said I was Delores (pressed 1) and told them I was not Delores and didn't know a Delores and to please stop calling this number. The funny thing is that this number is new to me and it's the only calls I've received on this phone thus far.

These fools keep calling me. mon - fri, over 10 calls a day. they're calling about an old debt i PAID!!! is there anything we can do about these people?

I do not know who this is - but they have called 11 times in the last 2 days.  They never leave a message..

so i just got a new cell phone ....didn't give the number to anyone outside of family ...i just recently went and graduated from college and yet these people are calling my phone mon-fri 11 times a day...this morning i was finally available to answer the phone since last night as last night they call and just breathed on the line.....(which was none the less irritating!)  well today when i talked to them it was a voice digital answering system press 1 for this press 2 for that press 3 if this is the wrong number for this person...i pressed 3 wrong number etc....it was for an Edgar Martinez! and im a girl!! I get on the phone with a guy who answers......only to say Edgar Martinez? and i said no obviously NOT thats why i pressed 3!! His next question do you know Edgar??? I was like no i dont know edgar!! you guys call my phone number 11 times a day this is a brand new phone that no one is suppose to have and edgar is not family or anything!!! Not an I'm sorry just sacrasm! " I didn't Ask YOU that i asked you a yes or no question!!" these f-kers woke me up from sleep!!! and yet they give me attitude!! Im bound to get their address and write them a letter....even though now i know they are a collection agency it prolly wont do any good and they prolly get tons of hate mail!!

I called back blocking my number to find out the name of the company....it was for I.C. Systems, Inc a guy answered and when i told him what was going on he got an attitude too and told me you know it takes anywhere from 24-48 hours to get your phone number off our database!! and i was like i wasnt calling to ask you that i was asking your company name and address ......and thats when the guy got all defensive and starting repeating the same line he told me again i was like what do you having a stuttering,repeating problem?! i told them for getting on the denfensive with me and giving me such attitude you guys must be a collection agency ....and he didnt say anything which confirmed it for me ......he then told me well i dont have to give you our address and i said that's okay i have your company name and phone number i will be able to get you guys in MN....and hung up!

they are complete [***] and not even an appology for the hassle they have been putting me and my number through 11 damn times a day!!

Download the complaint form and send it to the Attorney General along with a copy to I.C.C. Systems telling them in writing to stop calling you.
They say their address is P. O. Box 64444, St. Paul, MN. 55164. I did not confirm that yet,  MN Dept of Commerce will have their address if needed, as they are required to be registered.
Take action instead of complain and we will stop these bullies.

this is a collection company they called my cell lookin for someone and it was wrong  number so i chewed them out they said they would keep calling so i told them i would file charges for harressment. they want someone else and cannot harress you if you tell them that u are not that person and it was a wrong number they were rude so i repeated file charges about 8 times then hung up.i have not heard from them since before i finally answered they would call 8 times a day.good luck to anyone to has to deal with these [***]

This is just ridiculous.
I just got a phone plan and got a number for my ten year old daughter.  She needs it for frequent afterschool activities and such.
It's HER phone that gets the frequent calls which pisses me off.  
So once, I called them back and demanded who it was, and they DID not answer me and says annoyingly:
well, that's cool you're ten year old daughter has a cell phone

GAHH!
so they asked me who 'jerome' is,
and i don't know ANYONE by that name and they just say:
'oh okay'
and hang up.

they've been calling for over a month.

These [***] call me starting at 8 am to 8 pm at night....they call so much its driving me nuts!  If you somehow wind up on their call list you are screwed!  Hopefully they will just give up.....
