RCN collections department, but I made a payment of $100 over a week ago. They should fix their system, they call be 5-10 times a day even on saturdays and sundays as late as 9pm.

Called me at work, started asking verifying my name and address but did NOT identify where they were calling from and what about Until I asked and persisted they tell me.....Which is when they Identified themselves as I C Systems out of St. Paul Minnesotta ---Collections Agency...Told them I was paying online...told me to pay thru www.yourpayment.com....however I am not able to pull up a website under that name.....hmmm
