I have received calls from this number. I decided to call it back from an untraceable mobile phone. No messages were ever left when I was called. When I called back, a human being answered the phone and it sounded like a female voice with an Indian or Oriental accent. The person said "good morning, this is (company name unknown, may have been voice scrambled) how can i help you?

I refer you to the broadcast of ABC's NIGHTLINE show of April 25, 2012, particularly the segment about Diana from Wheeling, West Virginia. I MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO STATEMENTS AS TO THE NATURE OF THE ENTITY THAT OWNS THIS NUMBER (personal, business, etc.). Since no messages are ever left, I have no knowledge of who owns this number

I have 3 voice mails a day with just hangups from 651-204-1464. Such a bother! I will call the headquarters and ask that they only contact me through US Mail and hopefully I will find out what this is about.

Persistent devils.  Sometimes their robo-dial computer is set to call 3 times in one day.  In our case, this is just the most recent collection agency number in a long, long list that are all related.  For three years now a series of debt collection companies "located" in Florida, Ohio, Arizona ...., have called asking for variations of some guy's name we have never heard of. This is an unlisted number we have owned for over 25 years.  After 1) cooperating and repeatedly telling them no one by that name was at this number or had been in at least 20 years (6 months of continuing calls), 2) yelling at them to stop this crap (3 more months), 3) documenting, including recordings of the harassment and lodging a formal complaint to the State Attorney's office to get the first collection agency to stop (two months to resolve), 4) finding out that all the first collection agency did was switch the harassing calls to a new collection agency after "co-operating" with the State Attorney, and then this new debt collection agency started calling again; we finally bought an "Advanced Caller ID with Ring Controller" from www.JFTeck.com.  Then we set this telephone number up with a "white list" screen, so any call not on our family telephone number white list gets invited to leave a message.  I must confess I take a certain amount of pleasure when I happen to notice the phone screening gadget light up when it silently blocks these SOBs.  Of course it is just one computer responding to another, but our peace and quiet has been restored.  ALL unknown calls not on our white list are blocked when they call this unlisted number.  

After years of messing with idiots like these, our advice is, if it is at all possible in your situation, skip all the frustration and set up your phone with family telephone number "white list call screening" with the opportunity to leave a message, so you can respond to legitimate calls from new numbers and add them to the white list if you wish.  Nothing else, including the legal assistance of the State Attorney's office stopped the harassment.  

Oh, by the way, a few months ago, one of the latest series of collection agencies calling our unlisted number got so desperate they starting leaving messages for the wife of the guy we have never heard of and claiming an expensive piece of jewelry had been repaired and was ready to be claimed.  All she had to do was call back and give the Chicago jewelry company her address.  This "Chicago jewelry company" name was close to, but of course not a match to a legitimate company.   I guess it is sort of interesting these idiots think their targeted victims are greedy and stupid enough to respond to such nonsense.   What a sad, sad way to make a living.  

Called 2X a day (for 2 days so far)- did not leave message.  Called it back, it is a fax line.  Created a rule to "disconnect call" with this number and "stop processing rules".  "IC Systems" Website says "Receivables Management Solutions Since 1938"- they only list an 800# for inbound calls.
