These people called and demanded to speak with me.  I asked them who they were.  She gave me her name and IC Systems as her company.  When asked if she was with a collection agency, she hung up.  IC systems is a collection agency.  Collection agencies are not allowed to discuss personal business with anyone, but they must identify themselves as collection agencies when asked to do so.

IDed as IC Systems. Debt collector for Target. The lady was not that bad to work with. Also, they do NOT have to identify themselves as debt collectors. They can not do that unless they are talking with the person for which they have the debt.

They call a lot. But thats what happens when you can't pay your bills, right?

ummmm... Larry was asked for by name, and still hung up on when he asked them if they were a debt collector.  Anyway, how do you know that Larry actually has any unpaid bills?
