Yeah I know its kinda late but you know what? Most of the people who complain about these calls are the spouse who are not donating. For instance the wife will get mad and be rude when a telemarketer calls, but when the salesman finally gets the husband on the phone, he will donate again!

That number would come up on my caller id and then I answered and it was the orginazation I had previously donated to. I always laugh at my friends when they complain because it is for a good cause. Telemarketers are people too and they're just doing their job. Dont be rude and then expect the guy on the other end to be pleasant. I applaud the people who are calling on behalf of law enforcement because that job cant be easy, I wouldnt want to take people dumping on me all day.
