Called my home phone, but would not leave a message.

Called cell didn’t leave message

called cell phone multiple times, refused to leave a message.

Called asked if i was Juanita, i asked who's calling, he said Vivint and how are you today, i said good thank you and he hung up

Security system scammers! Charge way to much for there product and no cancel available because they were in another state where the hours made it an hour late when you call them. Plus an installer was sent into our home who was not even employed with vivent but his wife was! Seriously sent people into are home that were not background checked or anything! DO NOT TALK TO THEM…my advise

This is not Vivint - they are in Utah.

Most of their call centers are offshore--appear to be India.  They really are cutting corners these days.

Unwanted call

Answered and caller immediately ended call.  I called back, "Thank you for calling Vivint Smart Home."

Call Twice in 2 days, not leaving message
