this fool called asking for my adult daughter who hasn't lived at home for 10 years!  he was intimidating and snarky.  he wouldn't tell me who he was calling from either.

This is a very unhappy person representing an erroneous claim.  It never fails to amaze me the way cowards find the courage to say the nastiest things when they assume they have anonymity.

This ass tried to collect a old debt that was payed off years ago.

What do you hope to accomplish by replying to posts that are years old?

Called re. an ER bill that they say my insurance didn't take care of.  Insurance took care of it have EOB to prove that they did.  He told me it'll be on my credit report, I told him I'll send the info to the credit report companies to despite it to cease contacting me over the phone and to do so only in writing.

Calls everyday asking me to pay a bill that they say is not under my name, ssn or fed tax id or under my account number.....  OKAY!  Havent been at the location stated in 5 years.  Interesting!  Needless say I refuse to pay it and he said he was taking me to court for 53.00.....  good luck with that.

I dont know this person or this number, so if anyone knows who this is, please tell them to get a clue.
