American Accts.  they are a collection agency.

He uses deceptive practices. Acts like he is a friend, and says "I have something of yours in my office." Is this legal?

Getting calls from this number (651-287-6123) saying he's Steve Daniels and asking me to call him back.  Not sure how he got MY name, but have had collectors calling before looking for relatives.  Can they call someone if they are the one who does not owe the debt??

Steve Daniels calling my CELL phone. Have no idea how he got that phone number because I rarely give it to others. He sounds friendly on the message, but does not say why he's calling or where he's from.

Has been calling me at work.  First message he left said he was Steve Daniels and is trying to find someone in my office and when he presses "0" it hangs up the phone (in my office there is no option to dial "0").  so could i call him and give him the main number.  duh use the internet like everyone else you idiot.

Yes, this number is for Steve Daniels representing AA and A Debt Collection company.  This man had the nerve to accuse me of not filing my 2009 taxes then when I talked to him about it today the SOB denied he even did it.  He made threats for garnishing my wages so i gave some money to the company which I owed money to, and then when I did my 2010 taxes they over collected and now he again denies anything about it.  Be ware of this guy he is a first class, pardon my language, [***]!!!

I keep getting a call from this number from some [***] who is looking for someone other than ME! Um...I am not the person you are looking for so quit calling me! UGH!

He called my house looking for my husband, so he could ask him for our daughter's cell #. When hubby wasn't home, he asked me to just give him the cell #. I told him I would give HIS # to hubby, and hubby could call HIM.
He never told me where he was from, and he speaks so quickly and authoritatively (like a police officer), that a person COULD be persuaded to give him other peoples' personal information. Don't do it!
She may or may not owe $$, but DO NOT MESS WITH MOMMA!!

Got a call from 651-287-6123.  Never identified himself or what company he was affiliated wish. Asked for someone Dakota.
I told him that nobody by that name lives here.  He then asked how long I've had this number.  Very rude and unprofessional.
Looked up the number and found out he works for a collection agency.  Caller beware.

Said her name was Wendy White looking for a relative of mine....debt collector.

Wendy White called my mothers cell phone from 651-287-6123 asking for me specifically. When I answered it (because I happen to be there) she asked me where my now ex husband was for a personal matter. I explained to her that we have been divorced for 9 years and he hasn't had this cell number ever! She said she would remove the number from her system and thanked me... But seriously, a divorce is public record... Do your research!

Caller asked for me specifically claiming they're from the business office of 'Wendy White' and told me I had a business matter with her.
I didn't answer, but they left this as a voice mail.
They called my parents house right after me.

This is a fraudulent number trying to scam money from you. This woman keeps calling me and she's very rude. I don't know how she got my home number and cellphone number.
