Aaron nice fake post from AA&A you are full of [***].  You are probably Jay yourself trying to coax people who are broke and out of work to take food out of their or their kids mouths so you can get a commission.  What an idiot I have never talked to a debt collector who wasn't rude and condescending.

My mother gets a phone call from him daily about her medical bills, but he was very specific about what was her bill on and said my mother requested for this which I asked her and she said yes. Reading this stuff made me second guess that I shouldn't have give him the information, but she did say this is her last medical bill from the hospital.

I got a call from this number too. I looked up the address on Google, it shows vacent land. Don't know how old the picture is

I have delt with Jay on many occasions, it is a collection agency for medical(as far as i know) and they usually dont leave messages when they call. Jay is a great guy actually and really helpful if you are respectful to him. If you call and agree to a payment arangement then they have the right to take it(with out judgment). I have delt with him for many years as I was cleaning up my credit. If bills are owed, they need to be paid..its not like ppl dont get a million notices from the agencies.

I was a debt collector for 1 month here in Minnesota (I didn't last, apparently I'm too nice), there are laws stating that he has to give out his information from where he's calling from. I however does not have to give out any information regarding the person he's calling about (unless he's calling about you). He does have to tell you he's a collector if you ask. Not only that, when I was doing it we had to tell the people they were being recorded and read them a script because it's the law

You are correct.  All of that is a violation of Federal law.  I was a Bank Exsmlner for 15 years

Got the call a week ago, didnt bother answering. Got the call again today, missed it, called back, heard the msg, left my own asking wtf'. A few minutes later I got another call, picked up, its Jay Douglas asking for me. "Is this_____?" Maybe. "Can u leave a msg for _____?" Possible. If u tell me why youre calling. He hung up. I called back and left a msg telling him that If he ever called again id find him, snap his neck, and pee in it.

This is against the FCRA or fair credit reporting act as a violation and he can be prosecuted any calls from him should be related to the Attorney General in  The state you live in and  he can be charged with harassment for not following the rules of the fair credit reporting act.  Further, he can be sued and you can collect from violators that don’t follow the law. People who are struggling to pay their bills can work with the debt settlement company that is reputable like Lutheran social services or something or contact an attorney if they owe a lot about bankruptcy.

Jay Douglas has been calling my phone for months, sometimes multiple times a day. Not once did he state who he was calling to speak to, or why. I finally called him back and asked why he was calling. He said a name and asked if I knew who that was. I said no and to not call my number again or I would press charges and he hung up on me as I was speaking. I am really trying to keep my words clean, but after all those calls at all hours I'd like to say- screw you Jay Douglas for wasting my time, waking up someone who has narcolepsy and other health problems at all hours  especially when you never bothered to state who you were calling for or what you were calling for. I thought you were a scam caller, but no, you are just someone who is not considerate and lacks the proper calling skills.

First, I would like to know why you think that person will be stopping by to read your post?  Second, I would like to know why you have not availed yourself of the information provided to stop the calls?
