Came in on my cell.  Maybe ten people have my cell number.  No id.  There is no privacy anymore.  This sucks.

called cell at 2:51p.m. phone rang 3 times then hang up, left no message. no caller ID. did not answer unknown number.

Asked about a hospital stay in September and how they were collecting. They had no proper information.

Debt collector.  Called for months before leaving a message.  Had my number, but did not have a debt in my name.

Sara called and asked to speak with my son.  Ummmm, he does not live with me or in my pocket since you are calling my personal cell phone?   Can I have your son's phone number?  Ummmmmmm, can I ask what this is about?  It's personal....  ok, then no.  She gave me her name and number to forward to him.  FINE.  Now we know who you are - my question is why are you calling me if it's personal with my 27 year old son who lives elsewhere?

Extremely polite, nicest collector I've ever worked with

I was seriously injured at work and still recovering. Suddenly started receiving calls from this number. They left one very vague message,
"Hey there, You have a debt with an American account" and then got their own phone number wrong. Called them back and left a message with my attorneys #. BEWARE!!!
