Unidentified caller left no message.  Number blocked.

One of the first calls I received on a lifeline cell number even though I registered on the do not call list. Reverse number lookup says it a robo caller.
ACCESS WIRELESS IS THE CARRIER WHO ACTIVATED MY NEW PHONE NUMBER which in two weeks received about 30 spam calls without me giving out the number to anyone. AVOID ACCESS WIRELESS at all cost.

Are you actually so stupid that you think a person has to give out their number before someone can dial it?  It is just a matter of pressing the right buttons in the right order and then your phone rings, no knowledge that it is your number or even the need to get your permission required.  Besides, your "new" number was somebody else's "old" number before it was assigned to you.  Good chance that they gave it up because they were getting large numbers of unwanted calls.  This is not Access Wireless's fault, they are doing their job - they gave you a phone number to use and provide the service that allows you to use it.  They are not responsible for who calls your number or how often.
