US POSTAGE METER CENTER is the name of the company. Ashley called "on behalf of our Pitney Bowes Meter". When asked who she was with and what the company's name was that was what she kept repeating.
Obviously not the moct honest postage supplier in the world, huh?
Misrepresentation is also considered fraud, people.
There other number is 800-777-6335.
Do not get burned by these people.- Caller: US POSTAGE METER CENTER

- kaThis a scam to get all of the information from your meter and have items you never authorized delivered to you with a hefty sized bill. It is the oldest trick in the book. I spoke to someone named David who didn't know what meter I even had and told me Neopost and Pitany Bowes were merging. He also provided me with another number: 800-777-6335 x 312. He continued to fish for information by asking about the meter. I hung up and didn't give any information and I suggest you do the same.

- TBellI received a call from a very polite gentleman by the name of "William" identifying himself with U.S,. Postage Meter Center asking whether we had any problems with our Neopost machine. I told him no complaints so far. He tried to pump for info, but I told him we were A-okay. Turns out, this company is affiliated with Hasler which is a legit company. In fact, I had to order some of those little white postage meter tapes - Hasler is the supplier. So, if you happen to order supplies from Hasler, you can expect to get a call from this company. Hate that when a company arbitrarily takes the liberty of giving out consumer's information. That needs to stop!

- MLCReceived three phone calls from this company, first was just a phishing call to verify what type of postage meter we had.
Second call was to say that my "gift card" had been returned to them due to inability to obtain a signature at postoffice. I pick up the mail from postoffice, so knew that was a lie. At the end of the phone call she said they would resend the "gift card" along with my supplies. WHAT SUPPLIES?
Third call was the verify that I had talked to the person and they were ready to send out the "gift card" and supplies. I asked what supplies, as I had never heard of this company U S Postage before. I said that we purchase our supplies from another company and they hung up.
If something arrives in the mail, I will refuse it.- Caller: U S Postage

- MelissaThey called and asked for the mailroom.
I asked who was calling and she said she was with Pitney Bowes. II told her that no one was available to take her call. She said that they would like to send a list of items for the postage machine. When I told her I would take down her name and number and have my supervisor call her back, she asked for the name. I would not provide. She said she would go back in her notes and contact this person directly and hung up.
I wish there would be a law against these types of calls.- Caller: Pitney Bowes
- Amy| 1 replyI work for a local county government and a lady named Cynthia contacted me fromt this number regarding the postage machine located at our School Board Office. She informed me she was with the meter company that supplies the meter throught their postage machine lease with Pitney Bowes. She said she needed to know if they had updated their machine to show the new fee of 45 cents. She also mentioned our County Administrator's name and stated she wanted to speak with her since she signs our checks. She wanted me to give School Board employees authorization to speak to her. I informed her of our policy and I placed her on hold to contact our School Board Office. They informed me of the trouble they are receiving from this company. I believe this company is a scam and a fraud. They sent them remanufactured cartridges and charged them over $600 for the order. They also set them up on an automatic shipment system and email them invoices. They have not received an order for the invoice they have already been emailed to them. They keep calling demanding payment even though no one from the office authorized the order. They even mentioned they would send them a gift card after they informed them no one authorized any orders. Do not give this company any info and place orders with them!!!

- 661-964-6370| 1 replyA woman called this morning and asked to be transferred to the Mailroom so I did just that. We have a community mailroom that everyone uses; the room has a phone with a voice mail box. Whenever I get a call asking for anyone and I know it’s a telemarketer off they go to the mailroom in basket. Once a week I simply dump the calls. Works like a charm.

- Ben| 1 replyReceived a call from US Postage Meter Center asking how our Pitney Bowes meter was doing. I knew it was fake from the very beginning since we use Neopost equipment. I let them do their sales gimmick and finally at the end busted them. They hung up on me. I wrote down their number and called them back. I told them to remove our name from their lists and if they tried to contact us again it would considered harrasment and I would contact the authorities. Manager on duty was Barbara Hoffman whom I spoke with.

- Julie replies to BenNeopost uses the very same scam tactics. They call my office saying they are from Pitney Bowes and need to update our info. They hang up after being outed when I ask why my caller ID says Neopost.
