Receiving repeated calls from this number.  no messages.   If you answer they hang up.  I am guessing they are looking for good numbers that people answer so they can sell them.   but thats just a guess.

Received a call today where it rang for about ten seconds then hung up without leaving a voicemail (they didn't wait long enough to go to my voicemail box). Heed the warning that this is likely a scam, I've seen the same thing on other sites.

Called my Google plus number. No response when answered.

Same as others... Called my office line (Skype number) & a creepy voice said "I'm sorry" then hung up.

@Deb, I just got a call from the same number that you typed.  I didn't answer it and, after reading your post, blocked it.

This number is beginning a new series of calling random cell and home phone numbers! I am not answering the calls on my cell or home.. At the rate American companies software have been hacked in the last year,  I am sure most US phone numbers have been compromised and sold to individuals in different countries.

Why do people think that phone numbers have to be "sold"?  With a simple computer software program they can call every phone in the US without buying and lists or phone numbers or anything of the sort.

Call, hang up after approx 21 secs, caller said nothing.

Super creepy... I very rarely answer calls like this but I thought it was directtv because they have been calling me from random numbers lately. I heard a lot of distortion and then sorry then a bunch of distortion afterward, and it’s definitely a computer generated voice - something you would imagine you would hear in a horror movie before the person met their demise.....  not too sure what the sorry thing is about, I already messed up and answered the phone, they already got what they wanted the second I did that

Solomon Islands.   spoofing, I believe due to comments made before me.    Will take your number and use it as solicitations/telemarketers.    Problem is, my number has already been spoofed.
