Said he was with"National Credit". Said "You missed your court date"-which is total B.S. Threats and intimidation, then had the audacity to tell me I was rude and hung up on me. I never should have answered since every time it is an out of state area code it is either a debt collector, medical alert, "veteran" outfit, the list goes on and on. They are now blocked!

I received a robo call from this number saying I missed an arbitration hearing and I was going to be served if I didn't call back.  They said it was related to a payday loan. I requested the name of the company and when he provided it to me I said I didn't recognize the name and I would like more information.   I requested verification of the debt and the agent refused to mail it to me, he said he was only going to email it to me since I obviously didn't want to cooperate and I was going be charged with a felony and he called me an ignorant bi*** and as he continued to yell at me let me know this call was being recorded to the courts could hear how stupid I was. Then he hung up.
