Got a Call from this number, says I owe  something I don't, and threatened felony charges ect. Whats kinda interesting is it came up on my phone as my wifes phone number.   SCAM ALERT   Also the Company she claims to work for DOESN'T SHOW UP ANY WHERE ON THE INTERNET.

It is a scam!!!! A gentleman came into the police department to report the same thing today!! Do not give them any information!!!!

Threatening to press charges stating I owe them

Just called me, saying they were filing a case for check fraud.  I don't write checks.

just received call from 678-224-7449, claim they have a file against us for check fraud. we haven't had checks in 10 years!!!
I told the lady this is a scam call..she hung up!

I just got a call from this number but let it go to VM. The lady said her name was Veronica Teller and that they were trying to contact a relative and that if not heard from they were going to pursue prosecution at a nearby county court. These people need to get a life and learn how to make money by not EXPLOITING people!!!

Same thing happened to me this morning.  They used my old name and said they were going to file charges in a state I no longer live in for check fraud.  It apparently took them several years to figure that out?   I could not find any info. on the NA group, but it was the same woman listed by others calling from the same number.  I am blocking it!

Women called and left a message and said i had a case against me for fraud.
