This phone number called me,and they wouldnt talk or anything they just hung up

Got the same call tried to call back they just hung up

I received no less than 30 hang up calls today 678-224-9995. Belongs to Jobs.com. wanted to know if I wanted to further my education.  I already have a Masters

Rude, pushy "educational referral service" using the name Greenway. Would not take "I am not interested and please do not call me again" as an answer. Just continued flapping her gums like I hadn't spoken. When I finally stopped her and said I wasn't interested, she paused and asked me "Why?".  I told her "Because I am not interested and that's all you need to know" and hung up.

They are rude and will not stop calling

I received a call from this number on Sat. 1/4/14

I'm sick of these people calling me.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
