    Called at 2:07 pm, Sept.1st,2022-Extremely low voice volume with a light Brit.accent; got the gist of  it's a debt collector.; though replayed it 8+ times. No co. ID, debt originator, etc. Will proceed after receiving a 2nd call .

    From reading the other posts it appears to be Hollis Cobb which is a debt collector.  They would not be legally allowed to leave any of that other information on voicemail/answering machine because they have to verify that they are speaking to the actual alleged debtor first.
