Ok I have just asked them why I wasnt able to look them up on the internet or trace their number and his name is dan powers. He got really mad and started yelling at me and telling me that it was illegal for a loan I never recieved to bounce checks across state lines. I didnt get a loan with debt doctor. But he screamed at me and said I was going to get arrested and screamed at me asking why I had to make his job so difficult. He exclaimed they are not postal friendly nor are they internet friendly. And when I tried to find them or a directory I came up with nothing. So here is another number they are calling from- 678-710-306

My Wife's Grandmother got a call from some guy named Jeff and he gave her a last name of Sanders and my wife had already set up a payment arrangement to give them $400, thinkn that shewas paying off a debt. Yet she specifically told them not to take it out until she spoke with them and they did. So we filed a claim with our bank and they reversed the charges. When they took it out of our acct, it showed it was taken from Buffalo, NY yet this company is supposed to be in GA. It's too many variables here.. The company called her Gma back and told her they was taking action to have my wife Locked up because she canceled the check. We then called from several different numbers and they called each number back threatning to get the money as if it was for them. This is a flat out scam and people no matter how they try to scare you. DOnt fall for it. Let them take you to court

they are not a debt collector.  they handle bounced checks. my aunt did the same thing, and had the same attitude.  they record any bank transactions.  they showd that when my aunt was prosecuted for the reveral.  they got her on a technicality.  she filled out a bank fraud document saying fraud when that wasnt what happened.  the legal fees were 8100.00 and 30 days in jail suspended sentence.

im all for sticking it to collection agencies, but be sure you give good advice to people so they dont get screwed.

These people have sent fax to my place of employement and I want it to be stopped.  They
are calling and threating me with legal action and they will not give me any information.

Did they ever take you to court ? I had this happen to me as well I dealt with a guy named Dan Powers. I had given him my info and for two months I dealt with him called him at 678 905 6393 and then out of the blue I tried to call him to tell him not to take the money out of my account until the next day it was due because funds would not be in there. The number I had tried to call said it did not receive calls ( but I had called it for the last 2 months) So I flipped out and closed my account. opened a new one. He then calls me and threaten me telling a warrant is being issued . I am now worried if I owe the money fine great but I want to pay it back to the right people. I did take the loan and shortly after that I lost my job and then my husband his so we where living off unemployment for over 2 yrs looking for work..Things are still not great we live week to week now and dont have extra.

This company must think that my name is bo bo the fool once you fine out who they are , they change the company name and location. 2007 i did"nt have a bank account but somehow my information got online and it got into the wrong people hands and it is giving me hell to let this people know i have never never gotted a loan from a payday company . P.S, PEOPLE PLEASE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION WHEN YOU GO ON LINE..

I Forgot to let all the other people know that somehow they fax a letter to my employement and the type of job i have this company does'nt play around with this type of matter . So this company is trying to give me a bad name in the work place .
