calls regarding estate, wanting to buy property, as non-specific as she can be except saying her name is Christian, and ending the call with "Have a blessed day".  Seems to be a scripted call, trying to reach anyone who's listed in an obituary.  Kind of like ambulance chasing lawyers?

Sweet female voice. Chasing an obituary. Offering cash for a potential property sale. Total spam. When I returned call to advise do not call, recording came on. I hung up. I immediately got a text back stating, "Sorry we missed your call, we are tied up at the moment. What's the address of the property you're hoping to sell so we can do some research before we call you". They obviously got my contact information from a probate filing, as the caller seemed to know that I was the executor of the estate.

I just got the same call with the same thing George got, wants to buy a house in that area, and her name was Christian, have a blessed day... probably works for one of those companies like Open door

Yep, got a call twice blocked number, but left the number 678-710-7096 and messages were identical, obviously recorded!  BEWARE

Got two identical phone messages from a blocked number regarding purchasing my home.  Used the name Kristen and left the number 678-710-7096.  SCAM ALERT!

Received this VM:
Hey there my name is Christian I'm sorry for the unexpected call but I was calling about a home I believe you own.  My husband and I are looking to buy another home in the neighborhood and I wanted to see if you'd ever thought about selling the property or we _⁠_⁠_ hear an offer um if you _⁠_⁠_ please give me a call back anytime my phone number is 678-710-7096 thanks so much have a blessed day…”

Received VM from "Greg" saying he owned another property in the neighborhood. He was interested in buying our property. He said there was no need to call back - he'd call me in the next day or so. Very sweet voice. Tone was very apologetic.

678-710-7096 Greg left a message that he was passing by a home he thought was mine and was wondering if I would be interested in selling.  I do not currently own a home. When I dialed the number that showed on my cell phone I got a rapid busy signal.
