STATED PENDING FEDERAL CHARGES.. Lauren Howard was who the woman stated to be. I HATE these scammers who think they can pull one over on whoever they call. THIS IS NOT A REAL COLLECTION AGENCY, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THEIR ADDRESS AND HUNG UP WHEN I TOLD THEM I COULDN'T LOCATE A BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME NA GROUP FROM GEORGIA.

My husband continues to receive calls from this number as well . She is calling both of our numbers.  This is the second person that has tried to contact him stating the same thing,  only the first one was a man . YES THIS IS FRAUD

Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), if they continue to harass you by phone, you can bring a legal action against them. Angela Silvers and her assistant harrased me for the entire morning. After contacting a lawyer and having them represent me, the office refised to give me LAWYER any contact information including a fax or mail address so that we could send a letter of representation. Furthermore, they proceeded to rip my life apart reading my criminal and credit history off to me in a very disrespectful angry, and loud tone. Angela went as far as to say "Sir, you're already a felon, so we are going to go ahead with felony charges since its obvious you don't care about your life." The "background" check she had was not even mine. Also, they did not state that it was an attempt to collect a debt and did not identify whether or not the call was being recorded. So, please, don't let these scammers ruin your day also.

Just got a call from this #!  Figured it was a scam!

I recieved a call today stating 3 crimal charges were being filed agaisnt me for an old payday loan ...when i asked for the physical address the woman on the phone became rude and belligerent and refused to give me the info ....i knew it was a scam and when i stated so she hung up !!
