Received a call from this number where the caller left a message indicating that they were looking to get a hold of me about my recollection of an incident in the the County Court.  This is a Bull Dog Agency that will stop at nothing, including lies and intimidation to harass people.  The callers are very annoying and unprofessional.

just received the same call. Saying I can go to jail. She was actually nice. She stated they can file a claim in my ciunty court house.
Should I take this seriously?

Yes, her name was Crystal Foster.

She keeps calling like shes some some big shot attoney, Crystal if you read this stop calling.....

She told me she couldn't speak with me until talking to my husband. I thought at first maybe she was important now I am having doubts. she said that she couldn't tell me anything until talking to him and the other party's involved as well. did anyone ever find out what she wanted? This seems very suspicious to me and she told me all the same stuff about the county clerks office. I just thought I would report my findings so we all can stop getting hassled from her.

Yes!! Crystal Foster called here (my residence) yesterday.  Like it was some court appearance thing..saying I took part in something and needed to return her call.she left a 11 digit alpha/number to refer to this case she refered to..
no business name no further explanation.. WOW! she is really making a name for herself..like I am obligated to return  the call.

Yeah she called me on my work cell and i asked her 3 times if she was a bill collector and she said no. I asked if she was and attorney she said no. I told her she can not be calling me on a company cell phone and hung up she called back and i asked the name of her company so i could sue for harrassment and she hung up so i called her back 62 times and she kept hanging up until she let it go to voice mail. She is with Delanore Kemper & Associates

Same lady called me threaten that she had my social & lic. # connected to the person she was trying to reach when asked to the verify she said  she could not by law but she call & harass me

This is a company called National Arbitration. They claim to be process a legal issue but would not give information whether it is city, county, state or national case. They are claim to be a debt collector, but they are not giving out information so neither did I. They are not giving out their names either. If they do give a name, it is a fake name. I called back several times and got several different people. By the way, I do not have any cases pending and I do not live in the Atlanta area.

I received a call from this number too saying I have to deal with some allegations of a crime I committed. I hung up because she asked info she should have if she's  holding a case of mine. It scared me though.

They called me too! Said I was going to go to jail for a felony of a bad  loan from 2012. She said my social and everything. It scared me until I read all of these reports. And they never said this was an attempt to collect a debt! The name that was used was Angela Smith and Samantha Witherspoon

I just got a call from this number, said she was something Witherspoon, I've dealt with this stuff before they are scam artist at their worst

I got the same call from Samantha Witherspoon regarding my son in "check fraud" case.

I just received a call from them. She said her name was Samantha Witherspoon and that I have 3 felony warrants for check fraud. I haven't written a check in 7 or 8 years. What a crock.

I just received a call today saying Banking fraud or they will  take me to court in Jefferson

My callers have been Julie Michaels and Crystal Foster. They've not only called my phone. They've called my mom's phone and 5 minutes later called my goddaughters phone.
