A successful candidate will support AT&T sales with excellence customer service skills and a professional attitude. A strong customer service background and experience is needed.

The following duties will be performed:

Validate and review legal contractual agreements between AT&T and customer’s from 22 state footprint
Input contract into contract databases
All contracts completed & reviewed within pre-determined service level agreement

To be successful in this position the candidate should possess the following:
Strong customer service background and experience
Professional phone & e-mail interaction with sales
A willingness to be flexible, as needs of the business change
Some project management skills to assist in facilitating multiple contract rejects
Detail oriented and organized
Accurate and consistent productivity
Able to work with time sensitive documents
Must be able to work independently but will be part of a team environment
Accurate typist, both full hand typing is a necessity
Good attendance and dependability a must
Self-motivated
Able to follow methods & procedure to ensure Sarbanes Oxley guidelines are met
Flexibility – able to adjust work load for needs of the business

Work day consists of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., one hour lunch (unpaid), two 15 minute breaks (one in the morning, one in the afternoon)
Dress code – business casual, no jeans (review entire document with agency)

I also received a call and email with the same phony info - claiming to recruit for AT&T.  Although, I was contacted from the phone number 732-823-5440.

For a job posting for a Managers position in MILWAUKEE WI 53214 but when I called a man answered with an Arabic voice this told me right away what was going on. Please be aware of this SCAM

I got a call from same people at this number,4048509746 asking for my SSN & date of birth for a job with AT&T.

I just answered their email with my resume (before I read this) and got a call from the immediately after they received it.  I got through what seemed to be a legitimate Q&A about my skills up to the point of them asking me what my social was for the W-2.  FRAUD!!!  Of course I didn't give it to them, but wanted to go ahead and let everyone know that this site (www.suntechnologies.com) and company (Sun Technologies) is a fraud.  I called the number on their website and got an answering machine with a very hard to understand Indian lady.  The man I spoke with was incredibly hard to understand and his name is Chaintayk.  

I just wanted to add to this blog that apparently has been around for a while now.  Oh, I did call the FTC and report them.  I encourage anyone else to call their local AG and the FTC to report any of this type of activity.

I am Beena George and I work for Sun Technologies located at 3700 Mansell Rd Alpharetta, GA. Yes the recruiter trying to reach you is a person of Indian origin and has an accent. Does that make him a scammer. NO he is not a scammer. He is asking you if he can submit you for a genuine requirement the company has with one of our end clients. He may ask for the SSN  and that is only because a big Telecom Giant in USA ( that you probably use their wireless services) or internet etc. you got he name right. Unfortunately they prefer submissions with SSN.

I am not sure if you spoke to me  when  you called back to speak to someone at the office.
Well if you feel like it,  go ahead and give me a call. We do hard & honest work here.

Considering that it took Beena two and a half years to write her first smarmy response to the previous posters, it is no surprise that there would be unfilled jobs listed.  It takes much more effort to fill a job than it does to post at this web site.  So if they are actually working to fill those positions, they might be done by 2050.  But a scam job site would never actually fill any jobs so they would tend to remain as you found them anyway.  They are either really, really bad at their jobs or they are a con job (you can guess which I think they are.)

I suppose that we could have seen to it that a post from someone like Beena would have disappeared. That would have been inappropriate & pointless. Sometimes it's best to let filth wallow around in its own filth.
TOS wouldn't have been observed, a fool wouldn't have been given the opportunity to expose its stupidity. Gotta' love it!

I;m siorry, could you explain again, in proper English this time, why a recruiter would need my social security number? I have never in my life needed my SSN on a job application. Paperwork AFTER i was hired, sure, but never to GET the job.

Nope! Me either… all I see on the sign is "Barnes & Noble," "Starbucks Coffee" and "AMC Theatres". Also can only see a Chili's and Burger King restaurants as well as an A T & T outlet across there's a sign up top of an entrance to a building that reads "10-60" (I'm Guessing that's a "PF Chang's" restaurant). Along that one street are nothing else but stores and restaurants. But nothing related to Sun Industries.

Funny thing is the address posted just has a street number, but no street name… Alpharetta is a city rather than a street name!

And the one given in the emails that were posted ... goes to a "Moon Chiropractic Clinic". Something definitely smells fishy IMO!
