Called left message of legal matter but not mention my name think this is scam

For such a vague message, it could be a debt scam, but with out more info, can only speculate it is.

Called didn't leave a name definitely sounds like a scam says it's some kind of legal injunction against me but it doesn't say a name or anything

Recorded message some sort of legal injunction towards me.  Definitely a scam.

They've been calling on 681.239.1586, 1816 and 1490 for a couple months.  I've tried answering a couple times, once he asked if I had been in a car accident and receiving compensation, I said no, and he hung up.  Another time I said hello and they just waited 10 seconds and hung up.  Think they're listening for certain voices, like maybe old or slow.

I receive this message from different numbers at least once per week - 681-239-1696 Northfork, WV is the latest one - "Conducted on your case file and in accordance with federal law, we are required to notify you 72 hours prior to petitioning for an injunction. You or your attorney have a very brief window to address this matter with our offices directly to provide a final statement for the record in your defense.  Simply hit redial to be connected directly to our offices.  It would be in your best interest to contact our offices before close of business today or immediately upon receipt of this message please act accordingly.

I am in a very blessed place now.  I know I have no debt collectors calling me.  But I think back to my younger days when there could be something against me - I would be scared to death if I received this call - this should be STOPPED
