I have received many calls from this number ever since 11/28/10. I have no clue who they are and they will not leave a voicemail. Very annoying!

they just called me and didnt leave a message.
name on caller ID says "Cupcake Land" and when I googled it its a closed cupcake shop in La Hambra, CA.

I just recieved a call from this number, and the caller id said it was Cupcake Land, and when I answered it was some guy wanting to my take on the new Healthcare Reform Act. This the 4th time they call and the first 3 they did not leave a message.

called me on both of my google voice numbers one after the other. I just got these numbers recently too. And i just received calls from this other number, 646-558-6531, and it is a sales recording too... i am smelling that there is a phone distribution list that these companies have access to and when new numbers are assigned they know about it somehow and BAM...or TAG "i am it."

Call came in on my T-Mobile cell phone number.  Sales recording saying "Get up to $300 in cash". I hung up.

Caller ID said it was from "Cucake Land."  It was a recoding announcing a free alarm system. Mmmmm Very suspicious!

I got a call from 701-509-8006...Caller ID said Cupcake Land....same [***] always calling under different names telling me that I am in need of their debt services.  I pressed to speak with a rep a few weeks ago, and let her have it with every cuss word in the book...she says theres no need for that kind of language....wish we could do something about this garbage!

yes i received a call from this so called cupcake factory 701-509-8006 didn't leave a message on my answerer so i blocked my number and called them back a few minutes later and the reply was 'thanks for calling back if you don't want to received anymore of our calls press 1.Frist of all how did they know i was the one just called because i waited several minutes later to call and i BLOCKED MY NUMBER if that wasn't enough i did the same thing with my cell phone even though they did'nt call me on my cell and i got the sme exact message only the call from them was not sent by cell. I think a rat is brewing.

I am tired of this my phone is not a new number but obviously the carrier must be selling info. because I had just upgraded and really wish they would stop calling because I really hate the inconvenience. We as consumers should have some rights.

Thank you all for putting something on the internet about this terrible problem.  I have filed 9 complaints against this "CUPCAKE LAND" with the Indiana State Attorney General.  They have called me back and investigated every time I get a call.  They personally told me to report it either on their website page electronically or by form.  I have done both.  I don't know where most of you are reporting from but if you are in Indiana I urge you to report them here:

This cupcake land place just called me and when I wouldn't let them talk to who they asked for they said they weren't selling anything and then proceeded to call me a "dumb ho"...Heaven help them if they call back!
