This number called my cell phone at 8:30am, woke me from a sound sleep to hear some stupid recorded stuff. Sorry don't know what it said, because I hung up. I don't owe anything that's overdue, so I believe this may have been a marketing attempt, but I really do not know.
    I now have this number added to "Call Control" a program that can block any number I choose from ever calling me again on my android cell phone.

Called from a company "authorized by your credit card company to decrease your interest rate".  Hung up after that...

I am reporting them to the local police department now, they tried to get me into a payment plan for my credit card debt, but I have none.

Missed this call; have no idea. Glad to know not to bother. Irritating.

Just called me, no one was on the line then I heard a series of beeps. Weird.

Have no idea who they are, they didn't leave a message. From all the posts here looks like someone using the number posing as different people...what idiots they are ! I blocked then with ' Call Control' for my android phone...works great !

Just got a call ... "recently sent you information about your credit card" -- never said what the card was. And it came to my cell phone which I rarely give out.

called left no message, when i called back it said it was a non working number

I have no idea who's calling from this number because they did not leave a message.

Hi. i have an android too...is that an app or do you need to go to your carrier provider to set the call control system up?
