Called as card services offering to lower my credit card rates....when I asked for the name of the company they hung up.

Called my house phone offering to lower interest rate on my credit cards. When I asked which one they were referring to they responded, "any of them." When I asked what company they were from they hung up on me. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

THIS IS A SCAM. This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, gift card, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, secure handling, service, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number,  or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. Called @ 13:36, Left message about lowering my interest rate. Interisiting, because I'm paying 0%. Added to my call rejection.

Don't answer calls from area code 701. This area code is from Garrison, ND. The Company is called 123Employee the company is located in Manila Philippines. You can call them back and press 1 to opt out.
They are Telemarketers trying anything to get your Credit Card and or your Bank info. It's a BIG SCAM!
I reported them to my US Congressman and US Senetor.

Just got a call from "Rachel" at this number, telling me I can lower my credit card interest rate. Gave the option of pressing 1 to "talk with a representative" or 3 "to discontinue receiving messages." Never heard of this type of call before, but am making a note of the time, date, and phone number. I pay credit card accounts in full every month, so have never had interest charged!

Calls from 701-920-9638 continue to call my husband when told he is unavailable and to not call again they continue. Referred caller to our attorney Mr. Rob Salter, Lakewood Colorado and still they call. When will the federal agency FCC stop these intrusive and annoying calls.

We pay for our phone service and do not want to be bothered. Please help to make sure these calls are stopped and that business do not have the priviledge of unknown caller. We have a right to know who is on the other end of the line before we accept a call business or personal. If we choose to block a caller then we should not be bothered anymore.

They called about a month ago...I asked to me removed since I am already on Federal Do-not-call list.  They then said that I had to call back and press '1' to be removed.  Told them I am aready on Federal Do-not-call and was advised that they did not have to abide as they were not telemarketers.  Advised Illinos Attorney General with details for presecution.  Called back and pressed '1' for removal.

They called back today with same message.  Told person on the other end I was already on their removal list and was told that they don't have one...even though the intro message gave option to be reomoved.  Three-wayed with Il attorney General and agent told them that they could and would call anytime they wished.  Atty. Gen. advised them they were instituting an investigation and agent advised them to "F*** Off" & disconnected..I was told that they would be sued for harassment by State of Illinois and thanked for the information.

If they call you, just tell them that they are being sued by Illinois, or just don't answer.

Received call from this number today, caller name showed as RESET on the caller ID. Unsure about the caller, I let it go to VM, automated message included , "you can lower interest rates...final notice...press 2 to speak to live operator."

Same scam different day. Say they are your CC company.
These folks are violating so many laws how do they keep operating??  These people are not going to like Thursday.
