I just got a missed call from this number, but I get a "all circuits are busy" message when I try calling it back?

I just got the same call and I too had "all circuits are busy"  This is the second time they have called and I am on the no call list.......ANNOYING!

I got a call from the same number, but I did not answer. No message left. Called id displays the call made from "Center, ND"

received a call from this number...no idea who it is.  I am also on the "no call" list so what's up with that?

Had exact same experience 47mins ago. Also on "Do not call" list.

They just called my cell phone # and I missed the call. I'm not going to bother to see if they left a message because my voice mail box is full anyway. I so appreciate the shared information from these "unknown caller" sites! Thanks!

I just got one, too.  Picked up & sounds like bad connection with recording in the background - speaking english but can't hear it due to background noise.  Hung up after 10sec.

This is some sort of scam... They say they are from a wholesale magazine supplier.  They say you are already locked into a contract, and they need your credit card info to finish the transaction.  They say "we have a visa card on file starting in the #4, please verify the rest of the numbers to complete transaction"... All visas start in the #4 so it is a scam

Just received a call from this number and no one would speak when I answered. I agree with everyone else, it is a SCAM and they need to be stopped. Why do I have to pay for a phone call from an unwanted person.

As soon as I heard a recording start in on "this is an important message" I hung up. No patience for this today.

I also just got a call from this number - didn't pick up. Stupid scams!

Just got a missed call today too. We have all been called in the last hour it looks like.

I keep getting this number on phone. I refuse to answer hoping it will eventually stop calling me. I have tried calling back from another phone and I too get the all ciruits are busy. Does anyone know how to report it and/or get them to stop calling.

People, why would you answer a call from an outstate unknown number.  More importantly, why the hell would you call back????????????????????????   Wow.  THINK!!!

Rec'd unintelligable call from this number.  Sounded like a recording.  Tried to call them back, "all circuits busy".

I just got a missed call from 701-920-9871.  I am on the Do Not Call List and been getting a lot of these types of calls lately.  I just re-registered on the list in hopes that this will help.

I have just received the call with advertising.   It is annoying!
