Who is this person or company?

Received calls from the same number. I am not anywhere near North Dakota. Soliciting something I imagine. Morning and evening calls, which would be in line with the latter idea.

'Missed' two call this morning alone, one before 10 one before noon.

Anyone have any ideas what this number is attached too?

Looks like a recent spam of calls.

I've been getting it too. Last 2 days now, 5 times.

I 've been getting it too for days different times of the day and night.

I live in ND and I just got my first call from this phone number.  I answered it because I thought maybe it was my step-daughter, who is always changing her number.  It was a pre-recorded message, as Mike stated before, talking about my credit card account with them.  I also immediately hung up.  I don't even OWN a credit card, so it is a complete scam.  I looked up the phone number and White Pages shows it's supposedly located out of Center, ND and the cell phone carrier is Nextel.

just recieved my 3rd phone call today alone. every 2 hours it seems to call. been getting it for a day or so now.

Yep-every two hours all day today. Answered it after forth call and got silence.
How do you block them from calling again??

Prerecorded message.  Has called twice today about 2 hours apart.  Some kinda credit card service company scam.

If it's a cell #, log onto your carrier's website and from there you can find a place to enter in a phone number you want to block.  What sucks is that these scammers change #'s often.

Answered because I live in ND and saw a 701 area code. Pressed to speak to a rep and said to remove me from the calling list. He seemed to act as though he couldn't hear me because I repeated myself twice then was hung up on.

Credit card scam looking for info.

I keep getting calls from this number. I am sure it's a solicitor or a survey taker.
I subscribe to the "National Do Not Call" site and have had my phone number
registered there for years. These calls have just started in the last couple of
weeks. What can we do to stop them?

I received 3 unwated calls from this number on 3-2-11 between 7:56 a.m. and 11:07 a.m. but no messages were left.

1st call late tonight...seconds before 9pm my time. No credit cards in this household, so will ignore until they give up. Thanks to all for posting so people can get some real truth!

The company claims to be able to help you lower the interest rates on your credit cards.  Since I don't have any, it's probably something bogus.  If you call the number back, a message comes on thanking you for calling the number that appears on your caller ID, then says to Press 1 for more information or Press 2 to be placed on the Do Not Call list.  If you Press 2, it says it may take 3 to 5 days to remove your number from their system.
