I have received multiple calls from this number. I did not answer and never got a voicemail.

Like the other 2 posters, I'm getting multiple calls a day from this number and they never leave a voicemail. I'm also getting calls from 701-920-9973. Time to program them both to "straight to voicemail," I guess.

I too have received these calls.  Xalled the number from a landline and a message says "Thank you for returning the call you received at your Verizon phone number.  Stand by for further informaton.  If you want your number added to your do not call list press #2".  I have not called back using my cell phone and intend to call Verizon first.  The listing states it is in North Dakota.  So do I get charged for a call to let them know not to call me?????

Same.  Got a call on my cell about my "credit card." and said if you are in debt by $2000 (i think ) please press one.  I pressed 1 and told them to take me off their phone list.

Same thing here past two days several calls from this number and they don't leave a message.  I have no idea who this is.

I just got two calls this past afternoon from this number. No plan to answer either.

This is very annoying, I have not answered because I do not want to be charged the minutes/

I got a call from the number, I called it back and the message said "Thanks for calling the number that appeared on your caller ID.  We are calling to help lower the rates on your credit cards.  Please stay on the line for more information."

Don't want calls from this number anymore.

Received a call from this number numerous times beginning Friday... Same thing when I call back tells me they can lower my interest rate on my credit cards... Would really like to know where they get their information because I dont have ANY CREDIT CARDS...

Past 2 days got call from this number early in the morning.  I didn't answer and they left no voice mail.  Very annoying!!

Just call the number back and press "2" when the message starts, then you get a message that your # has been placed on their internal do not call list, but could take up to 5 days to take effect.  We'll see..

I've been getting multiple calls from this number and finally decided to answer,
when I answer it was an automated message with an offer to lower my APR on my credit cards,
I dont have any credit cards, but at the end of the message it asks you if you want to be removed from their calling list to press 3, and I just did that, it says to allow up to 5 days, we'll see how it goes this week.  So if you dont want to get more calls, maybe answering is the way to do it to make it stop.

This number:  701-920-9994 keeps calling my cell phone.  I am on the NO CALL LIST and they should not be calling as it is business.  Please let me know what I need to do to keep them from calling me.

March 7, 2011:  received calls at 9:03am, 11:04am, 2:27pm, and 4:28pm.  I did not answer and they did not go to voicemail.  Nice to see how well the do not call list works.

Do not answer this SPAM call.

On no call lists and still receive calls late at night from this number. time to file a complaint.
No message, hangs up when answered.  Received call at 10:45 pm.  Info on web indicates
Credit Card Company inane messages.

I got this call several times. Never answered it. And never got voice message from them.

I've gotten two calls from this number in the past two weeks. I'm in area code 703, have mistaken the number for a local call and answered. I get a recorded message of a woman's voice saying she's with Cardinal Bank (or something similar -- Cardinal is in the name) and this is an urgent call regarding my credit card account. She continues that there's nothing wrong at this time but I should call back immediately to lower my interest rate (or some such). I have no account with them and haven't followed up.

I put a DO NOT CALL on my cell phone  ,these people keep calling. Always a recording so a person can't stop this.
