No company name.  Trying to involve in reverse mortgage.  Give me  break!  Long-winded recorded message.  Didn't answer phone because 701 area code is unfamiliar.

Silence on the line.

Just got such a call.  Line was totally silent.  I've learned what telemarkers do.  They have machines dial numbers, and they can detect if a human or answering machine answers.  Then they will call when they think a human will answer.  Pure telebastard tactic.

Called, left no message. Caller ID says: INCOMING CALL

Beware! Probably a scam spoke to "agent". As soon as I started asking for information the call was cut off.

Called and hung up.  Idiots.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
