I received a call too.... I don't know anyone in North Dakota.

recorded message for homeowner who pays more than $100 a month for electricity--that would qualify for assistance that would lower rate by more than 70%   When its too good to be true it usually isn't true so I hung up and didn't respond to 1 want to know more about it, 2 (forgot what that was for) and 3 called a non homeowner in error    Obviously a scam and I'm on a do not call list

Just received a call.  As usual I picked up the receiver, put it down near the phone and walked away.  None of these scam artists ever get to talk to me!

Who are these idiots that make these calls?

More telemarketing calls.  I get at least two a day.  When I hang up and call back (which I always do), the recording says it has put me on their "opt out" list.  Odd because I have been on the FCC's useless DO NOT CALL list for three years now.  Seriously, what is the use of that list?
