Called 15 minutes ago, left no message. Chose not to answer because I know no one from North Dakota should be calling me.

Same thing as Bob.  Probably an auto-dialer or some political vote for me message.

Rcvd so far 3 calls from this number 701 929 0353 , the last one was this morning at 630 in the damn morning, enough is enough, time to find a way to sue this company and stop the harassment. i did the call stop thing but its not working since i still keep receiving these calls even a week after being asked to be taken off the call list.

Message left that starts "hey guys, Ashley Martin here...we spoke last week about lowering your interest rate......blah, blah, blah...." The exact same message came 10 minutes earlier, but from 360-322-6371. These people are relentless...I get stupid calls like this all week, and this is my work number. I think they simply run through every extension possible in our exchange....It amazes me that scum like this so freely do what they do with no repercussions, and also that they think recipients of these calls are so stupid as to fall for their nonsense.

Got a call from this number and they wouldn't answer....

Received a call 'on behalf of a drug advocacy group.' I hung up right away and didn't listen the the entire message.

Just received their call...didn't answer no voicemail.

Just got a call from 701-929-0353 here in NYC. It was a woman's voce saying she had "an important message about diebetic health". I hung right up. How do I stop this??????

Some sort of auto-dialer. When I picked up, there was silence and then it hung up after 10 seconds.

I have received a call from this number today but didn't answer it.  Please see what you can do to keep them from calling.  I didn't answer the call.

received call but didn't answer... called the number back... got an automated message stating that i had reached an automated opt out service for this number as required by the (i believe it said) FCC... it repeated the number that had called and had me input my number (figured i would since they already had it anyways and i can block them if need be)... receive a message after that saying please allow 24-72 hours for my number to be remove from their calling list.... hope this information helps anyone else

Receiving calls even though I am on the no-call list

Just received this call as well... did not answer and no voicemail.  I don't know anyonce from North Dakota.

Received call from (701) 929-0353 about 15 minutes ago. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. No message left so probably an autodialer.

I recieved a call from 701-929-0353. Did not answer..I am on the 'do not call' list, but still get these annoying calls. No message left.
