I answered and voice machine was telling me to wait because it was trying to connect my call... Suspicious!

They call tthree times daily and leaves no message for a month and still leave NO message every time.  I refuse to answer as I don't know who the are.  Except the call ID says IC Systems, telephone number  701-929-0610.

I keep getting this 701-929-0610 number once a day i dont answer numbers i dont know and im glade i did nt after reading everyones post

Received call from this number. Did not recognize, did not answer.  Am on Do Not Call list and I don't know how they got this number. No message left.

Get lots of calls from SAME #, but have phone that can BLOCK #'s!  Don't have clue WHO they are, but @ least NOT an "Out of Area" caller W/ no # given - that I cannot block!  "Do Not Call" program DO NOT work: As long as these rascals PAY phone companys BIG bucks, they'll do as they please, in cahoots W/ Ma Bell !  Its called BRIBERY!!!

This number calls me at least 5 times a day from morning till night! Sundays nights included. No idea who, leaves no message either. All I know is its ANNOYING!!!!!

Same here. They started calling me about 2 weeks ago.  Calls at least 3 times a day and doesn't leave a message.  Am not going to answer as I do not know who it is.  Caller ID simply says ND, USA.

Same number, but everytime I answered the call was dropped. So called via another phone and found It's a debt collection agency. Seems like if it was so important, they'd leave some kind of message.

IC systems is a collection agency. I got something in the mail also that was a legitimate statement. My son and I were hospitalized for a while. And one bill got lost in the mix. I just sent my payment in, but still get calls as they have not received my payment yet. But I put this number together with my statement. They are really nice actually and there to help.

I'm so glad I'm not alone with this incessant caller! I've called it back a couple of times, to see who they were. But when I refuse to confirm any personal information until they give me more details about why they're calling, they say "we'll try again another time" and then hang up on me. Infuriating!

This number belongs to IC Systems, a debt collector. I advised them they have the wrong number and requested they remove my number from their database - they obliged but said it could take 48 hours for my number to cycle out of their database/automated dialer. We'll see!
