Got a call, did not answer

got a call this morning while i was asleep i didn't answer no message left

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

701-9290626 this number keep calling, for colection or ask for people not listed on my phone

This number calls all day and all night and NEVER leaves a message.  I have tried calling the number back but it gives me a code of #14 or "this is a none working number", now when I call it back it is silent then goes into a busy signal.

This number keeps calling my cell number for which is on the do not call registry!
